Regency Carpet Cleaners were excellent to work with! They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and were punctual, professional, and so kind! Highly recommend their services!

They have been great!! Customer service and all. Would've been 4 stars. Until 2 months ago when they lost my leopard print dress.
I inquired about it and the owner is going to ask the people who actually do the cleaning to check to see if it was left with them by mistake. I'm still waiting. I'll give a better rating once the issue is resolved.

My jacket that was a memento from a dear family member was also cleaned to the highest quality, and the pocket lining that had frayed was stitched back really well.

And did I mention the price was HALF of what I’ve been paying last 8 years at another company? I could only afford to get carpet cleaned 1-2 times per year, but their prices are so affordable that I can now afford for them to come once a quarter since I have two fur babies.I wish that I had have taken before pictures to compare to the after for people to see that I’m not exaggerating. brent was fantastic. our pets had made a mess on our new carpet and we thought we might need to replace it. i decided to look up carpet cleaning services and found this company. i'm so glad we picked brent! he came out the day after i called and made our carpet look brand new. i forgot to mention that there was a rug in another room that also needed cleaning, and even though brent had already left for the day, he returned later at no extra cost to clean the rug too. we really appreciated his help. he did a great job and we will definitely call brent again when we move into our next place with carpet.

They are always punctual and their prices are very reasonable. The truck-mounted cleaning system they use makes a huge difference in the cleaning results. Unlike other services, they don’t use a silly handheld spray bottle for scotchguard. Their response time is really quick too. I truly appreciate Howard, who does an excellent job for me. The team did a fantastic job and really knows their stuff when it comes to carpet cleaning. I've taken good care of my home, but everyday living does take a toll on surfaces. The carpets, vinyl, and parquet wood floors all got a thorough clean. Devin was very detailed and took the time to explain everything, being honest about what might be a bit tougher to clean. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. I can't praise their professionalism enough. Devin made my old parquet flooring look nearly new again, and it's over 60 years old! I believe you would be just as pleased as I am with the work and the stunning before and after results. Excellent service, in my opinion!

He once cleaned a carpet with some tough stains in a property that I thought would still be visible when he was done. When I entered the home, I was amazed—there were no stains at all! Ryan was fast and polite. He was able to clean my new cream rug in Birmingham the same day I called. After he vacuumed and cleaned, the rug looked like new—even after I had tried myself to get out some tough mud stains with no luck. A few hours later, the stains showed up again. I reached out to Ryan, who explained that sometimes stains can come back because of a process called 'wicking.' He offered to return the next day. Early the next morning, he came back and cleaned the rug again. Now the stains are completely gone. I will definitely call Ryan again if I have any more carpet or rug stains, especially since cream rugs can get dirty easily.
