Brent let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. After doing a thorough job on my upholstery, he was able to fit in a last-minute request to clean the bedroom carpet too, which I really appreciated. Both the carpets and the furniture looked fresh and clean, and they dried quickly with barely any dampness left behind. The price was very reasonable as well. I was looking to get the carpets in my home cleaned because with a three-year-old and a little toy poodle, the carpets had seen better days. There were lots of stains from spills and pet accidents, especially since the dog isn’t always great about going outside. I made an appointment for a Saturday, and the team arrived right on time. They even called ahead to let us know they were on the way, which was really helpful. After measuring the carpeted areas, including both floors and the stairs, they got right to work. Even though my place isn’t huge, it’s about 1300 square feet with carpet upstairs, downstairs, and on the stairs. Ryan and Brent worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail. They finished the cleaning in about an hour, and the carpets dried pretty quickly after that. They did an amazing job removing almost all the stains—even a tough red pet stain that was hidden under the sofa. I was honestly surprised at how clean everything looked and smelled when they were done. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. I’ll be using them again for sure!

Ryan was punctual, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. I felt completely comfortable having him in my Birmingham home, and I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service! Our carpets look like new again, and even our dog’s favorite couch now looks and smells fresh. We were given an 8am-1pm arrival window, and Ryan showed up right after 11. He did a walk-through to see what needed to be cleaned, asked helpful questions, gave useful tips, and got right to work. He cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms and the hallway, as well as our couch. The job took about 90 minutes. After finishing, Ryan walked me through all the cleaned areas to make sure I was happy with the results, thanked me for choosing their service, and was very polite. Overall, it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I will definitely schedule another carpet cleaning with them in the future!

We recently had our carpets cleaned in Birmingham and were very happy with the results. Because of the great job before, we scheduled another cleaning for 3 rooms and an upholstered chair. Brent and Devin did a wonderful job making our carpets and chair look fresh and spotless. They were friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the carpet cleaning process. It was clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. We will definitely use their carpet and upholstery cleaning services again.

Uses a fake profile with fake videos and pics along with testimonials to find customers and does a halfway done job. I have pics. Then expects full payment for a half done job. I even had a second opinion and have to pay for someone else to fix what was done. When I said I would pay for work done I was threatened that if I didn't pay full price for this half done job,"I would be sorry ". They wouldn't let me talk to the person in charge and kept changing the story as to the connection with the fake profile, videos, and pics of jobs done and customer remarks. First said the profile was who advertised for them. Second, he said he was like a contractor with them and his " boss" was actually based in Pakistan. Lol He's lucky he was paid $100 when i have to pay another company to fix the mistakes made and job half done.

This was the wort money I have ever spent. He makes fake profiles. When you think of inside detailing it’s the whole thing for $155 a vacuuming service that doesn’t even end up right. My dad cleaned it better after he got done because there was no cleaning at ALL. It was a whole scam.

I was expecting results similar to steam cleaning extraction and it is NOT that type service ... they were timely professional and quick however make sure this service meets your expectations and research which I unfortunately did not ! What George does is different and it really works! My carpet looks like new again! He also cleaned my bathtub and shower and made them look like new also! He really is the " Cleaning Superhero!"

So my 90 lb German Shepherd had claimed some very expensive chairs as his own.
They were filthy!!! I like to fix things myself. This is typically a task that I would take care of on my own but Im glad I decided to let someone save me from myself.
I scheduled Mr Barnett to come see if he could save them. They were on time, nice guys & took care of the chairs in no time. He did an amazing job at cleaning them. They look brand new!!! Mr. Barnett and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning the carpet at my dad's house for a move out/move in job. They were pleasant and professional and left the old carpet looking and smelling great. I would use their services again.
