While the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very friendly, I thought the job was less than adequate. I had cleaned everything out from under the beds and had removed things from nightstands, etc. so they could be lifted and cleaned under and nothing was cleaned under. Nothing was moved no matter how light. My husband was also home and could have assisted with lifting or moving. We did request under the king bed be done because we have animals and he did go in and sort of do that. It is still pretty yuck under there. I just don't think it was a very good job. Guess that's why it was $99. I would not use them again.

After being recommended by champion cleaners to use to clean my sofa cushion covers, I dropped them off 2 weeks ago and told they would be ready 6/16. I arrive to pick them up and 2 employees look confused when they couldn't find them . One comes back to me and apologizes and asks could they deliver these tomorrow, because they arent ready right now. Needless to say I was not happy as well as would not recommend them at this point.

We have both dropped off and had them come out and clean our carpets. Their service is impeccable.

The quality of care they put in to knowing their product can't be matched by the fly by night door to door salespersons. They don't upsell you services you don't need. If they suggest something you probably need it. Time after time you get the same techs and Shawn does an amazing job.

Been using Sanitary Rug for over 30 years and have never been disappointed! Prompt excellent service and technicians! Recently had what I thought was a disaster. In extracting honey from our hives the frames dripped honey up a flight of stairs thus attracting dirt leaving multiple spots on each and every step. Martin worked a miracle! Carpet looks like new! Pleasant skilled technician! Can't give him or the company enough kudos! Besides massive praise he got a jar of honey! Thanks Martin and Sanitary Rug!!!!!

I work for a moving company, and when customers are moving and have dirty rugs, I always recommend Sanitary. When I needed my own personal rug cleaned 2 weeks ago, I would not have taken it to anyone else. Rolled it back out last night and looks almost new again! Highly recommend and will never go to anywhere else!

had them out today for carpet cleaning. had a 9:30 appointment and wyatt showed up at 9:20. he came in, measured my carpeted area, and gave me a quote. i agreed to the price and he got started right away. while he was working, he explained the cleaning steps. he finished by 11:30 and the carpet looked amazing. i also bought a bag of carpet touch-up powder for use between deep cleanings and wyatt explained how to use it. it's great when you find a company with a good service and a professional like wyatt. i highly recommend go green carpet cleaning and will use them again.
