Luke showed up right on schedule, came upstairs to check out the rooms, and I pointed out some tough spots I hoped could be cleaned. He brought in all his equipment and got straight to work on my carpets. The results were fantastic—every stain was completely gone. Even my neighbor noticed and said how great my carpets looked! This company is misrepresenting its address to appear as a local business. Calls go to a call center that answers under a different name. When I tried to verify there address they hung up on me. Proceed with caution.

i am so grateful for the wonderful help and kindness joe and emmanuel showed when i called after spilling a can of dark wood stain on my living room carpet. i asked joe what to do, and he said, 'nothing! i'll come right over.' joe brought his team and all the right carpet cleaning equipment right away. even though the stain was tough, joe didn't give up. not only did he work hard on the fresh stain, he and emmanuel cleaned the whole apartment and did every room. when they finished, there was no sign of any stains at all. they truly went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment. you can really tell they care about their customers, and i would recommend white bright carpet service to anyone!

Emmanuel came to pick up my rug at no cost, cleaned it thoroughly, and returned it without charging me anything upfront! He said to only pay if he successfully removed the odor. I want to start by saying this is a long but good review. I heard great things about White Bright Carpet Service, so I decided to give them a try. Russell was very friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. Our carpets were in rough shape due to two older rescue dogs having accidents and a small parrot making a mess. Plus, my Dad has been having trouble keeping up with the home since we lost my Mom. Now, our carpets have been revitalized, looking and starting to smell fantastic! There’s still a slight odor, but that’s expected until they completely dry out, and it’s only been a day. We plan to have Russell come every month or every other month to keep them in top shape. Even though we might not need to after the amazing job he did, it gives me peace of mind to have what feels like new carpets again. We also decided to buy dog diapers online to help with our pets. If you’re looking for some, make sure to research which ones are the most comfortable. Anyway, Russell offered great rates and was much more thorough than I anticipated. He treated our belongings with care, and the pricing was fantastic, especially since he used a lot of pet deodorizer. One more thing to mention: my daughter was the only one home when Russell came because of a family emergency. Knowing this, he brought along his wife, Emily, to make my daughter feel more comfortable since it was our first time using their services. That kind of customer service is truly memorable! Manuel and Russell did their jobs rapidly and effectively. Their prices are also pretty fair. I would certainly suggest them to anyone in Birmingham who needs their carpets cleaned.

While the written appraisal does come at an additional cost, the technician's extensive experience makes him a trustworthy expert in carpet cleaning. I highly recommend his services, especially since he's one of the few in Birmingham who can offer such knowledgeable appraisals. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the pricing for both verbal and written appraisals is a bit high. Additionally, he mentioned that determining if the rugs are truly silk would require lab testing, so some of the assessment is based on educated guesses.
