Reached out to a carpet cleaning company regarding a bleach stain on our carpet. Jeffery asked for a photo of the affected area and suggested a carpet repair instead of dyeing, given the carpet's multi-color nature and the fact that we had leftover carpet from a previous installation. Jeffery made sure the carpet pile matched perfectly and trimmed the fibers to match the existing carpet. We are extremely satisfied with how he matched it so well that we can't even spot where the repair was done. In addition to the carpet repair, we had our tile and grout cleaned. We were thinking about replacing it all across the house, but now that the tile and grout have been cleaned and restored, we've decided a remodel isn't necessary at this point. Along with deep carpet cleaning, they took care of grout cleaning and repair, and they also helped with several other tasks I wasn't even aware they offered, like painting and pressure washing! Micah and his team really made things easier for me and were much more of a one-stop shop than I realized! If they didn't handle something, Micah always had a referral, whether it was for plumbing or carpet removal and replacement.
