Since we’re older, we couldn’t really get things ready before they arrived, but they told us not to worry and took care of everything. Our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and we have two senior dogs who sometimes have accidents, but Andrew and Justin pretreated all the stains and now you can’t even tell there were any spots. The carpets look great! They cleaned three big rooms and a set of carpeted stairs in under an hour, and everything looks so fresh.
