My office received weekly cleanings from Oncort for janitorial services just shy of 3 years. Overall, they were a reliable vendor with good communication. The cleanings themselves were inconsistent at times with recurrent areas requiring follow-up emails with the owner, Jerome. However, the owner was very quick to correspond and address those issues with both respect and professionalism. In my experience, all janitorial services that maintain a number of employees will have fluctuating quality week to week. Ultimately, the responsiveness and customer support we received from the owner made the overall experience pleasant. We parted ways due to consolidation of services within our complex but would recommend Oncort to other small offices.

So I had my new tiled shower grout color sealed and caulked by Ivan in Feb 2020. I contacted him in Feb 2021 and told him the color sealant stuff he put on was coming off and mildew was now a issue when it was not before. When I finally got a hold of him he told me he would be out the following monday. Something came up and I texted him letting him know I needed to reschedule and no reply to the text and he did not show that monday, so I assumed he didn't come because he got my text. So I then called several times and left voice mails. Still no response. So I emailed him twice and still no response. It's really frustrating having paid 500 dollars and told I had a LIFE TIME WARRANTY an yet Ivan won't honor his own warranty. I thought I was doing a good thing having my new shower "forever sealed". I was wrong.
Response- The fact that you felt the need to gaslight me and try to make the situation look like I was the issue and not your failure to honor your warranty and work, is sad. You and I both know I did not call you out on minor issues. The issues were legitimate and had to do with your product and how your work came out. You didn't hear from me until I sent pictures and told you the colored sealer was actually peeling off and I started getting mildew where its peeled off. That was a year from the original work.. Maybe you should have answered why you never replied to my texts and emails and calls and apologized and I could have felt like I could contact you, but the way you took no responsibility for the way you treated a customer doesn't leave me feeling like I can call you to have have you come and fix it.. Also I NEVER canceled on you other than the Monday I stated. Life happens...people have to reschedule. I know I even apologized for having to reschedule but I also gave you like 4 or 5 days notice. Why was it such a big deal to reschedule it? You act like it was my fault its peeling. I have read other reviews I know im not the only one this has happened to.

Ivan did a great job on our master bath shower. Highly recommend to anyone needing grout work on their shower.

I have used Grout Superior on two different occasions now (two houses). Just recently 4 tiled rooms. They can take the dirtiest looking grout on subway tiled floor and make it look new with their process. I would highly recommend. I really think they have mastered their niche and doubt there is another group quite like them in the Central / North Alabama area.
