Ivan repaired a faulty grout job done by a previous contractor in my kitchen and hallway. Looks fantastic! Like new! Very affordable fix and wish I had known about this place sooner. Definitely recommend. He also cleaned up the mold grout in our master shower and looks great!

I called Grout Superior to assess two of my shower that were is bad need of repair. I actually thought I was going to have to completely rework one of the two shower as it had to much lime buildup and cracking. Ivan came by to assess and determined that replacement was not required. I had two other companies say that it needed replacement. In a very timely manner Ivan setup the repairs and was extremely professional in getting the work completed. It is the difference between night and day. My showers look better than new.

Our condo of 20+ years had some serious degrading in the grout and caulking around the tub/shower. Ivan came in and replaced the caulking and repaired the grout. The area looks brand new. Definitely recommend Ivan for first class work.

In October 2023 I noticed to small cracks Iin the floor of my travertine shower. I called Grout Superior and asked if Ivan could fix it. The first thing he did was roll the heavy machine that he uses up
my hardwood stairs. Stairs were scratched due to this. Ivan said that shower needed new grout. The grout was fine except in the small cracks but he said that it needed new grout in order to match the repairs. Within a month the.new grout was turning black. For 16 years, this had never happened. I called Ivan in November 2023 to ask him what was causing it. He came to my house and said that it was something with the drain but could not explain it. I had a plumber to look and he said that there is nothing wrong with the drain. The shower has plenty of ventilation and is dry within 5 minutes of getting out. It really looks bad and now I'm having the floor of shower completely redone. Looking back to 2023, I had looked up reviews.about Grout Superior and found a few negative reviews and a few positive. I should have taken the negatives a bit more seriously. At the time, I had never had an issue with the shower and just called the first person I could find. It was a very costly mistake to hire Ivan.

Grout Superior did an amazing job with removing all the mold around my shower floor. He was very friendly, professional and punctual. He regrouted the entire perimeter of our shower floor and sealed it. It looks like new again!! I would absolutely recommend this company.

Ivan Arden did a superior job cleaning, sealing, and restoring the tile and stone in our master bath! It looks brand new! He was promptly on time, professional, completed the task in a timely manner, and was reasonably priced! We will definitely use his service again in the future.

I would highly recommend Grout Superior for these reasons: great communication, very thorough in quote and superior work! Ivan explained the process as he started his work and ended up finding an area that was probably the reason for some small leaks. He offered to repair it for a small extra cost and I was so thankful! Once he was done he had me inspect his work, cleaned up like he was never here and left my shower and tub looking brand new. Its hard to find someone with Ivan’s work ethic so if you need your grout cleaned or repaired Ivan is your guy!
