I have used Matt twice now. The first time he did power washing on a large 2 story place on a ridiculously hot day in the dead of summer. I remember he came after working all night at another job. He was on time, professional, courteous, very kind and was so pleasant, talking about how much he loved his wife :) He went above and beyond to complete a tough task and it turned out great. A couple of years later, I moved to a smaller place and had been having a hard time getting the clay out of the concrete from surrounding construction. I was looking on FB for someone to power wash for a decent price (I had lost his contact information). He reached out to me and not only remembered me, but also the details from the job those years before. He even asked how my family was doing, which to me speaks a lot about his character. He came by one afternoon and knocked it out in no time and it looks 100 times better. Matt is a genuinely kind and fair professional in this insane world we are living in. I was initially sad to find out that a carpet cleaning company I used before was no longer operating, as I had really liked their services. However, I decided to try G&N Carpet Cleaners because their service description seemed similar, and I am so glad I did! They did an even better job than the previous company. My carpets are left looking very clean and smelling fresh. Although the drying took a little longer than I expected, I was informed it could be due to the high humidity. Overall, I am very happy with the results!

hello, we recently relocated to a new home in birmingham and realized that the carpets required a good clean. so, i searched online and discovered g&n carpet cleaners. they had solid reviews, so i decided to contact them. douglas was able to come the very next day. he did an excellent job on our carpets, managing to remove a stubborn stain from the bedroom carpet. he also tackled the wool area rug in our family room, which now looks fantastic. if you're looking for professional carpet cleaning, i would highly recommend giving douglas a call. i was particularly impressed by his use of corner protectors to prevent the hoses from damaging the walls, and he left no trace of a wet mess - the carpets dried incredibly quickly. you won't regret it!

Don't trust anyone else with your precious carpets! I reached out to see if G&N Carpet Cleaners could clean two Beni Ourain carpets. Both had some pet stains, and one of them is quite old with loose fringe. Douglas repaired the fringe perfectly and seamlessly. They cleaned both carpets flawlessly. Now, they look like beautiful vintage pieces in excellent condition! They're even in better shape than when I first got them and will likely last for many years to come. G&N Carpet Cleaners also gave me great tips on how to clean and maintain them to keep them looking their best! They even managed to fit me in on a tight schedule because of some guests visiting my home. I'm so happy!

Absolutely, this technician is fantastic! I had some discoloration and fading marks on my pricey carpet. Douglas arrived right on time, examined my carpet, and mentioned he would attempt to fix one spot, advising me not to get my hopes too high. He worked on that spot with a special dye mixture for about 15 minutes and suggested I let it dry overnight. The next day, to my surprise, the spot was entirely gone and matched perfectly! He then returned to treat the other spots and gave the entire carpet a thorough clean. Now, my carpets look completely revitalized and like new again. You should definitely consider hiring him; you'll be very pleased with the results!
