i've been using Choice Birmingham Carpet Care for a while now, and i can't say enough about the great customer service preston always gives, especially with pick-up and delivery. preston really goes above and beyond to make things easy and fit my schedule. plus, the carpet cleaning is always done really well. i have dogs, so stains are a regular thing, but the carpets come back looking fresh every time. i've tried other carpet cleaning companies before, but this one is definitely the best. highly recommend for anyone needing carpet cleaning!

I can't recommend this carpet cleaning service enough! Bryson and Preston did an amazing job on the carpets and grout at my mother-in-law's house. Bryson explained everything clearly and shared helpful tips to keep the carpets cleaner for longer. Both Bryson and Preston went above and beyond what I expected. They got down on their hands and knees to scrub every textured spot, making sure every bit of tile and carpet looked brand new, even after many years of wear. After they finished, I wanted to tell the neighbors about their great work. The very next day, my dog had an accident and made a mess all over the freshly cleaned carpets, including the rugs. When Bryson stopped by to drop off some business cards, I told him what happened, and he immediately offered to spot clean the mess. He brought in his equipment and took care of all the spots at no extra charge! They are honest, thorough, and truly hardworking. I am happy to recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. They really went above and beyond my expectations!

absolutely the best carpet cleaning service around! we had them come to our office in birmingham to clean the carpets—there was a lot of two-sided tape left from rugs, and when it didn’t all come out the first time, they came back and worked on it again until it looked great. since then, we’ve also used them for upholstery and rugs in two different homes, and i’ve been really impressed with how thorough their cleaning process is. when they finished, bryson asked me to send photos so they could check on one of the couches that was especially dirty. right from the start, they let me know it might need a follow-up, which i appreciated. i’ve never seen a company that cares so much about making sure the customer is happy!
