Mariana and Catalina did an exceptional job today—very much appreciated!

In general, the work was okay, but I was not alerted to the fact that I had a cleaning that day as I have been in the past. If this was my fault, please let me know, but it took me by surprise.

Had my first cleaning today and I’m thrilled! Nataly and Katherine did an amazing job! I’m a working mom, but also super OCD about cleaning my house and never thought I would find anyone that could live up to my expectations (I’ve tried several times). My house looked and felt so clean—my kids even noticed! I have struggled with cleaning my stone shower and they made it look new! I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you for giving me more time back with my family by taking the cleaning off my plate!

Katherine and Eileen are consistently the best team with TCA. When they come, my house is CLEAN! Send them every time.

As always, the team did a great job. We use them every 4 weeks.

Katherine and Eileen do a wonderful job cleaning our branch at United Rentals. We track mud inside constantly and the always do a good job of making our store front clean. They are very friendly and work very hard. Would recommend them!

We had our first clean with The Cleaning Authority today. Tiana and Emmily spent 2.5 hours deep cleaning our living areas and bathrooms, leaving them spotless and shining bright! They were so kind and personable, as well. We are excited to continue using this service to help keep our home looking and smelling great!

I recommend The Cleaning Authority. Jamie. Mariana and J92 were great. I wish I could communicate with them better.

Today was Initial Cleaning, Rotation 1. Hiccups with scheduling, communication with office. First impression was leading to concerns and rubbing me a bit rough. Local office reached out to reschedule.

Katherine and Eileen arrived during scheduled time slot. Both ladies were polite, efficient, on the ball. Entire house was completed in approximately 90 minutes.

It wasn't until AFTER Katherine & Eileen left that we checked out everything. What an AMAZING job they did! Cleaned in places that we typically passover, fluffed pillows & throws, straightened things.

The ladies took a bumpy first start (2 stars?) and totally turned this into a 5 Star Experience.

This past July 3, Rocio and Yuleidi did my cleaning. It was great and in time, right before the holiday. It was a cleaning I had to reschedule. My shower door was spotless and that is a hard task. Thank you!

My A and B cleanings were completed this past week and I am pleased with the work that they did. Tania and Emmily did an excellent job for cleaning A and I am grateful for the work that Eileen, Marcelina and Katherine completed in cleaning B. Being able to focus on other projects has been the greatest help of using the Cleaning Authority.

We have been using them for a month now and they do a fabulous job! Luz and Marcelina were amazing this last week. It is such a relief to have a nice clean home that smells great!

Today was my third service with The Cleaning authority. I am very satisfied. I know it will look even better the next time when they learn my home. The girls were great and did it on a timely basis. I’m very satisfied. Thank you Catherine and Eileen.

The Cleaning Authority does great work. They do in two hours what it takes me two weeks to do Luz and Mary did a great job today!

I would recommend The Cleaning Authority. Belen and Lesly cleaned my house today and did a fantastic job. I hope to see them again as they were very thorough, which I don’t have time for right now. Not sure what I would do without TCA!

The team did a really good job and were very responsive to any corrections I made as it was their first time cleaning.

Fantastic!!! Eliza, Tania, and Emmily were in and out in under an hour on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Just what I needed. Thank you so much!

Mariana and Yuleydi arrived at the expected time and were courteous and pleasant. Both ladies worked constantly for two hours. This was my first cleaning and I was mostly very happy with their work. My only suggestion is to cover the bed with a trash bag or something before cleaning the ceiling fan, as major dust landed on my navy bedspread. Neither lady appeared to speak any English. I would wish one of the team members to be able to communicate without the use of a phone translation app. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.
