The people were nice but the work took many months longer than it should have. If we hadn't followed up it might never have been completed. It took multiple trips to correct and complete work. We sure hope that all the leaks have been resolved and look forward to finally using our fireplace again.

Called and made appointment for a month out. Day of the 11am appointment it was 1115 before I received a text message tech was running late. 15 minutes later I was told it was going to be 230pm before tech would arrive. They dont respect your time so will not be giving my business to someone with poor time management and poor customer service.

So do not come for me in your reply as I have receipts and will gladly use them. Additionally after I cancelled the appointment they still showed up wasting their time!
