On a Saturday I had and emergency. My mother who had no head and the weather was supposed to drop down into the teens By the way my mother is 101 years of age. .I called the HVAC that I normally use. Even though this was an emergency they would not come before Monday. I even offered to pay an emergency fee. I just picked out the first HVAC that I came to on the internet 'On Source Heading" (had never head of them before) and gave them a call. They came out that afternoon and fixed the problelm. They were extremely nice and professional. The young man who came out (Garrett) was extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly choose them again.

I had my annual maintenance done on my generator that was installed by One Source a few years back. I was very appreciative of the knowledgeable tech. He was able to discover an issue with the transfer switch. A part has been placed on order. This will be replaced under warranty when it comes in. The tech also did the maintenance and took the time to explain how to force the switch to take over if failure. This way I can still have backup power if a failure happens while waiting on new part.

This is from the Chattanooga area. Had good service on my unit, but also purchased the yearly maintenance plan. After the technician left, I decided I didn't want the plan. I have called numerous times, since September 3, and been told at least 4 times that my refund is approved and will be sent. Last conversation was 2 days ago where the rep wanted my email so I could be copied because apparently the refund is now up to corporate. Just feel like I've gotten the run around.

Justin was very professional and dead set on making sure what he did was both correct and pleasing to me the customer. Very nice personality and takes pride in his work and not just “throwing” something together.

This is my second time using One Source. Both times, the technicians and salesmen were polite and helpful with my situation. Tristan quickly diagnosed a bad igniter, had the part on hand, fixed it in under 2 hours, explained everything clearly, and charged a fair price with no upsells. I would highly recommend using One Source for you HVAC needs. our heat went out at our home and we contacted them, they came out quickly gave us different options to fix the problem and were honest and not pushy. We decided to let them go ahead and replace the outside and inside unit. They got the replacement on schedule very quickly. The technicians arrived on time and went straight to work. AJ and Jonathan did great work. They were respectful, made sure to clean everything up once complete and explained how everything worked. Very professional experience. Will use for any future needs.

AJ and John did a great job installing my HVAC and air handler. It looks like they did a professional job and worked diligently to get the installation done. Very neat job. They explained how the system works and the smart thermostat. Thank you. Dale Garner did a good job sealing my bathtub drain to stop a leak, changing out the transfer valve for my shower and caulking. Harry Wheeler was a big help with inspecting what was needed after maintenance person found the items that needed repaired and replaced when he was servicing my old HVAC. I don't remember his name but I think it was Matthew. Harry came back after work was completed to check everything. He was a great help in going over everything with me and explaining the different choices I had for the HVAC system. Very efficient and detail oriented.

One Source Does it All. This is my second time using them. Asha and Eddie helped me get my dryer vent cleaning scheduled. Garrett and Jack showed up polite and professional.
