Diagnosed thoroughly, electronically and confirmed cause of failure was electronical only and not mechanical or failure of design use matchup, got the right piece quickly and fixed it in short order.
Wonderful, cooling so we can be comfortable. Technician arrived little ahead of schedule, knowledgeable, clean, trustworthy worked under parts warranty didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Characterwise wholesome family friendly, can't imagine a better person for the job. Left everything cleaned up, tidy, ears still in alert mode. Greatly raised my future expectations best HVAC repair experience in 46 years very well pleased. :-)

I had a bad water leak and had to shut my water off. I called one source and the lady who answered the phone was very sympathetic. She said she would get someone out in the afternoon. Shortly after we hung up, I got a text message telling someone would be at my home between 3:00 and 5:00. The plumber, Tony, called and said he was on his way. He actually got there around 2:30. By 3:00, he had my leak fixed! He was extremely nice and very professional! I'm going to tell anyone who needs a plumber or an electrician to call One Source! It's so refreshing to get excellent service!

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year! OneSource was great! Extremely responsive and had a technician on-site win less than 24 hours to fix it and getting us cooled again. Cannot say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness and timeliness. I would highly recommend them!

I've used Total Comfort/One Source for many years. They do good work. Their servicemen are always knowledgeable and professional and friendly. Their prices are fair. They're good folks. I recommend them.

We have found our plumber. This was a Saturday call..Of course chaos never happens on a weekday. One Source from the initial call until driving off was nothing but professional and courteous. Chris did a fantastic job! Excellent communication. Thank you, Chris, and the One Source Team. I want to add "honest pricing." I saw another person use that term and I thought it was perfect.

I had a bad capacitor in an American Standard Silver 4 ton.
The system is under warranty and American Standard says capacitors are covered, but labor is not.
I was charged $390 ($20 - $30 retail) for the capacitor which was listed as a "power supply" in the tech's manual. He assured me that meant the capacitor. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and said he was following procedure.

I hope someone will contact me regarding the situation.

EDIT: The billing department agreed that the part was under warranty and that I would be refunded. I wasn't.

We have used One Source for our air and heating for years. But the company now has plumbing and electrical service . The pipes under the kitchen sink were old and leaking. We contacted One Source because we trust them Chris Talley came at appointed time. He assessed the problem gave us a price. He recommended to change the garbage disposal. We were not pressured. He gave a price and was able to do it at the day of visit. He left inside the kitchen cabinet clean. He sent the bill via email along with several photos of the work that was done. He stayed a bit to test out the pipes. We are very happy with the plumbing service.
