A fantastic nursery! Plants are great, prices are great, and employees are amazing! Everyone there was so kind to us to help with anything and answered all questions! I’d definitely recommend and come back several times!

I didn’t get to stay near as long as I wanted because I was in a hurry but just the few minutes that I got to roam, I was so impressed and will definitely be back! All of their plants looked so vibrant and healthy! The prices were on point as well.

I'm loving my new succulents. Stopped by on Saturday after deciding not to buy the succulents I saw at Walmart the day prior. I'm so glad I waited and bought from here. They both had a good selection to choose from but Collier's looked healthier. They were just a little bit more expensive but for the quality and slightly bigger size so worth it. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Definitely will be stopping by since I work so close to this nursery.

I wanted to start a cut flower garden in my yard, but was a little overwhelmed and wasn't sure where to start. Jojo came to my rescue! She really held my hand and walked through the shop with me to help me curate the perfect flower garden! She is so friendly and such a wealth of knowledge! She even helped me determine the best places for each variety based on sunlight. I will be shopping at Colliers from now on. It is worth it just for Jojo alone, but I also found the variety terrific and the pricing fair. I'm so excited for my garden to thrive and to be able
to create beautiful arrangements all season!

Beautiful ❤️ place and very clean. I have never been here but I will be back. A lot of flowers to choose from and they are well taken care of. Easy parking 🅿️ and they have carts to put all your flowers on

My wife came to Collier’s Nursery to get me a surprise birthday present. She only had a few small details of what I wanted and the staff at Collier’s helped her immensely. They got her the perfect plant for beginners, a cool pot and even a card and some moss to dress it up. They did a great job guiding my wife and getting me an amazing birthday gift.
10/10 I highly recommended

We are incredibly grateful to Collier’s Nursery for their kindness and care during a very difficult time. Although they did not have the specific tree we were searching for, Alex went above and beyond by reaching out to other local garden centers to help locate it.

Out of nearly ten places we contacted, he was the only person who truly took the time to help in such a meaningful way. His compassion and effort will not be forgotten, and we look forward to supporting Collier’s for years to come.

They call and text and email to upsell products and services. The problem is that they call up to twice a day every single day. They borderline harass you into giving them more money for additional services.
In my opinion their services are not worth the hassle of dealing with these folks.
FYI - my yard looks the same or worse than before they started treating it.

Thank you Brandon for completing our service today. He waited until the rain storm slowed and then continued to perform the service even in the rain. He said it would be good to have the rain soak in the treatment. Thanks Brandon we appreciate you and I know the lawn does.

Terrible service, terrible communication, and sloppy work overall. I prepaid for services for a year and my yard looks significantly worse than it did before True Green got involved. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spend on the phone with their customer service over the past year about the poor results and nothing changed. I am so disappointed with this company and it’s unreal that my experience was this bad. I wish I never did business with this company. 0 stars.

This company is horrible about not showing up on schedule and not even the courtesy of calling you. I don't mean running late, I'm talking about not showing up at all. This is the 3rd time in a row that I was scheduled for an appointment, and they don't show up or call. Hopefully, the 4th time is a charm. Needless to say, I would not renew my service agreement once my current contract is up. The amount of no-show and no calls is overwhelming. Getting something scheduled is extremely frustrating, and I shouldn't have to waste my time and make so many phone calls just to get a service that I paid for.
UPDATE: Was scheduled for an appointment between 11-4pm today. They never showed up or called again. This is the 4th time in a row I had an appointment, and they don't show or call.
How can a business stay in business with this lack of customer care.

If I could give this company a -10 I would. Here is a picture of my monthly treated lawn. The guy comes out, runs a hose and spend less than 5 minutes. The nice green area beside my home is the UNTREATED grass the ugly burned looking grass in my front yard is what my $$$$ with this rip off company left me with. This after months of treatment.

She was very professional and was able to answer all my questions without it sounding like a manual she was reading from within her head. And she knew about the products she was using on my yard.

We highly recommend Trugreen for your lawn care needs. They are professional, reasonable and attentive to your horticulture needs.

Decided to check my camera during my last service, because my lawn’s weeds hasn’t gotten any better. As I watched the service tech spray my front yard very poorly, he never attempted to even go down my driveway to spray the backyard. So I went back in my house cameras archives, and seen it was poorly serviced the time before that. I been paying yearly for trugreen, but will find another provider very soon.

I believe Larry is doing a great job with improving our lawn. We talked today about adding a treatment of lime ? Can we make that happen ?

I gave them a try because of the deal. Like they always say, you get what you pay for. Worst my yard has ever looked. Good luck with understanding customer service over the phone. Also said a supervisor was supposed to get involved, never heard from anyone. Don't fall for the deal!
