TruGreen Lawn Care has provide excellent lawn care to our property.
The young men that came and serviced my yard was nothing but professional, polite, and knowledgeable about their job. They did their job as if it was a pleasure to service our lawn. They treated it as if it was theirs.
I appreciate them for a job well done.

After only a couple of applications, my lawn has been thick, green, and lush. I have no brown spots on my lawn. TRUGREEN is the best lawn service I have ever had.

Poor customer service when you need to provide feedback to local service provider. Local service has worsened and customer service is based in Indianapolis, and cannot provide feedback locally in Alabama. Costs have had significant increases also. Typical company that has cut costs by nationally centralizing management and has no local presence other than service technician who provides service and provides no paperwork on what service was provided. Sad to see how this company has deteriorated.

Weeds in yard after treatment on April 21,2026.

Our Tru Green technician, Larry W., provided excellent customer service today. He assessed our lawn for problems with weeds and applied the appropriate treatment to combat the problem. Larry W. took time to explain to me why we have the problem with weeds and show me the difference between the different types of weeds that are affecting our lawn. We were very pleased with the service today.

We use TruGreen for mosquito control only. I really appreciate their great customer service. They're responsive and quick about it too. I just wish the mosquito control treatment they use was more effective as I get an exaggerated response to mosquito bites and I am unable to use mosquito repellents on my skin.

As a testament to their great customer service, 9 days ago today, they made a special trip because I called to say that a few days earlier I had seen the truck on my camera but the person never came to spray the back yard. They apologized and immediately scheduled a new trip. I happened to be outside as the person was on their way to spray the backyard so I verified that they had sprayed the front and sides of the house. He said he had.

Yesterday, eight days later, I was swarmed by mosquitos when I stepped on to the front porch to clean the windows making it impossible to complete the To Do I had planned for my day off work. My plan for today was to trim back my garden in the back yard but we could not stay out there for more than 5 minutes before we were bitten--my son had 12 bites around his ankles.

As much as I appreciate how nice it is to interact with their office, I will have to try my luck with a different company.

I appreciate that members of TruGreen is professional and courteous. My experience has been great.

Great customer service and the lawn looks great.

Had dollar spots throughout the lawn. Phone rep was reassuring it would be corrected, and fortunately a regular treatment was scheduled 2 days away. Treatment rep Billy was also reassuring that adding nitrogen would correct the problem; hopefully that will be the case. If not my experience has been that TruGreen will attack the problem if needed. Thank you

Tru green has no problem reapplying a chemical if it rains. Or if you not satisfied.

In Jasper Alabama in the 35504 area the current TruGreen tech is doing a grand job. He is knowledgeable pleas at & effective with your lawn.

Tru Green has been tending my lawn for 30 years now and I have never had any problems with them. I have to say they are a great team of professionals.

AJ is a fantastic and personable technician. Great asset to Tru Green and its customers.

I would definitely not recommend Tru-Green due to the horrible service I have received. The techs barely do anything when they supposedly "treat" the lawn. My lawn looks NO different than it did before I spent over $1,000 for Tru-Green service. They are here and gone in minutes and I have at least 1/2 acre that is supposed to be getting treated. They have been here and less than 30 minutes later it's a monsoon, pouring down rain even though they say they will treat the lawn "weather permitting" so anything that has been applied is washed away and useless. This has happened multiple times.
Once they came back for a "re-treatment" because there was no weeds that were killed or were dying. The tech literally walked directly from the street to the front door across the middle of the yard carrying a hand pump sprayer that appeared to be less than half full. He knocked, my wife couldn't answer because she was on a conference call but was watching out her front office window. My ring doorbell also caught everything. The tech then turned and walked directly back to the truck while spraying 2 or 3 weeds on the way. I couldn't be more disappointed or frustrated in the lack of results I have gotten for the money I spent on this service. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually applies chemicals and fertilizer when they say they will, and cares about your lawn and your hard earned money.

The rep showed up, told me why he was here and sprayed the shrubs I had asked to be treated and then sprayed several other shrubs just to prevent disease.. He was quick and did a great job

Marcus was informative to my questions i ask. Was on time, He was"nt rushed. He covered All my yard. This was my 1st experience with Tru Green services. Im excited about having a healthier and greener yard! Thank You Marcus and Tru Green! You all make my retirement alot easier! ❤️❤️

What I appreciate most about TruGreen is the professionalism and courtesy of each of their team members I’ve interacted. From the sales team to my technician, Benjamin K, and all others I’ve encountered along the way; my experience has been great.

The TruGreen app and websites interface are so easy to use. I can easily schedule/reschedule service, update payment information and services. I appreciate knowing when to expect service and even having the ability to see on the app how far the technician is from my property and where I am on his route.

Great customer service and the lawn looks great too. Also enjoying the mosquito service this late Spring early summer. Great to enjoy the outdoors and not have to worry about pests.

Larry is very knowledgeable of my yard. He answered all my concerns about my yard and gave me some good recommendations, which I acted upon by calling the company, Nina at the company was a big help, she said someone from the company will be calling me to schedule the treatments that I need. Looking forward to having a beautiful yard
