We just started using them this year our yard has never looked better, we have a mixture of grass they are one of two people that will work with this. I had a horticulturist come first and said nope will not touch this yard. Amazing job guys

I was mowing my grass when some creepy man driving past stopped his vehicle and approached me. When he approached me, he told me that he noticed I was cutting my grass, and then proceeded to insult me and tell me that I was just cutting weeds, and I was doing nothing to the grass, and then proceeded to show me a blade of grass and tear my grass out of the yard to show me that I wasn’t cutting the grass at all, and it didn’t matter how many times I told him I was not interested. He continue to stand there and harass me. Then he proceeded to tell me that I was wasting my time cutting my grass because my yard has a lot of weeds. I dont care about weeds. Then he had the audacity after I said numerous times I was not interested to ask if it was OK for him to leave a business card so that I can think about it so I told him no I was not interested. Don’t harass people.

Update on previous review. I have now changed my rating to a 5 star. Previous low rating was a miss understanding and bit of communication error on my part. Good company if you are looking for great lawn care please give them a try.

My wife talked me into hiring Sunrise again. When they came out and sprayed the lawn for weeds they did a great job. However, when they left they drove through the LAWN!!! My wife called them and sent them pictures of what happened. They said "they would make a note of it.'Seriously? Make a note of it?

This company is trash. Been treating my lawn for over a year and my backyard is full of weeds.

I paid for a service that was not performed, Joey tried to basically call me a liar and stated they technician had come out and put down fertilizer. I have 5 cameras outside of my home not 1 picked him up and I was home that same day, my neighbor which is 4 homes down from mines had their services performed. I noticed she had a sign in her yard showing werr the service was done, Joey kept saying the tech had come but there wasn't anything left saying nor showing he had come out, I asked Joey multiple times why nothing was left and he still has yet to give a reason. I would not recommend using this company obviously they're going to stick with telling the lie to take your money. I've already spoken to multiple people who have their service and will be canceling their service and going with True Green.

We have been very impressed with Sunrise's service, and their price makes it a good value. We have used TruGreen in the past, and frankly I expected Sunrise to be a lesser quality. Actually, it seems to be the same quality. I can only tell you 2 differences between Sunrise and TruGreen: (1) Sunrise does not bother us with sales calls, unlike TruGreen, and (2) Sunrise has a better price.

The few complaints that I've heard have come from people who never water their lawns after treatment. (Remember, some of the chemicals used in lawn care are activated by water, so you must water them in.) Seems like a good company, and they are local.

Amazing customer service and competitive pricing. Their salesman goes above beyond. Not only will he come out to make sure you get the services you need to make your yard looks it’s very best but he will also make sure you’re not paying for services you don’t need! Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell this is a company that cares about providing the best service for the individual customer.

I was with Sunrise for 3 years without issue. Until we came out of the winter this year and most of the well rooted sod that had been put down a year ago and another section that was laid before I moved in the house turned out to be mostly dead. The amount of widespread damage was more than just a weather issue and the suspicion was possibly a misapplication months ago and was also something very obviously damaged by others who inspected it. Sunrise never updated me on a potential issue going on with my lawn during the last few months. Sunrise maintained their lack of responsibility throughout the process and their solutions were minimal at best. I can’t prove at this point that this was actually on them, but the constant defensive customer service tactics make me believe what others have suspected. I decided to take my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same.

Had this company treat our lawn for 8 years. Recently I was home when they came, and the technician didn’t treat our backyard. Then , my husband and I were both home on another visit, and again no backyard treatment. Makes me wonder how many times the backyard was not treated in the past??!! No longer a customer.

They were knowledgeable, quick to respond with any questions or concerns. They came on time, and were very pleasent with their interactions with me. I was beyond pleased with the results. My lawn looks amazing, no weeds! They were very professional. I will continue to us Sunrise Lawn Service, and would recommend to anyone.

I used their service for about a year and never had a weed free lawn. I called and let them know I still had crabgrass last year and they didn’t seem to care. Cancelled last week because my lawn looks awful and they didn’t seem concerned that they had provided poor service and would lose a customer. Lawn was treated three weeks before picture was taken.

UPDATE...

Sunrise called two days after posting the first review and wanted a chance to try to remedy the issues. They have visited and treated twice and as the updated picture shows the weeds are certainly dying. It doesn't look great yet but hopefully it will soon. Upgrade review to 3 stars.

Update... It never got better and I cancelled. I was only reminded to update this because I received a recorded SPAM call from them today.

“A picture says 1000 words” I have been using this company for almost 2 1/2 years and iv never had a problem, great at getting here on time. Very respectful people, and most of all really good at what they do. They treat their job more like a team and treat you as part of their Family. Will continue to use them and you should to! Great company with helpful and knowledgeable employees! We have used Sunrise for years. Our yard is lush and green and weed free. The difference in our yard before and after Sunrise is night and day! Give them a call!

Sunrise gets amazing results! My yard is now the best one on the block. I couldnt believe how inexpensive it was to get my lawn treated. The tech is always friendly and knowledgeable and if I call the office the receptionist is kind and helpful too. I recommend this company to all of my friends.

No communication from the company and our yard is full of weeds. This is our second year with this service and we even have bald patches with more weeds than previous years.
6/17/24 After the company said they came to look at our yard with no communication of anything was done I have updated with more photographs. Our backyard is covered in weeds and the front has multiple areas where we have been going and pulling weeds.

A photo says a thousand words. And I have had them to come park in front of my house and leave. Only to return walik around the back of my house and return on other side in less than a minute place bill on my door. Saw on home cameras.

Update: The company is making it right and has been out twice since to treat weeds. Says it's a difficult weed to treat.

Now the technician actually is doing my yard and no longer acts as if they are doing it . I have seen tremendous improvement. The yard is almost back to its past splendor that I had grown accustomed to with Sunrise. Does anyone know where I can find a great detailed and inexpensive lawn cutter
