Sunrise Lawn Service saved my lawn! Sunrise got rid of the weeds and now my grass looks perfect. The best news is that you get great results and they have the most affordable prices around. I have recommended Sunrise to all my friends and neighbors and they credit my account $20 for each referral. I also like that they're locally owned and operated and have the best customer service.

Andrew a lawn technician came out on Friday, January 16th to spray my yard and unfortunately left the gate wide open. Unbeknownst to me, when I got home I let my dogs go out to the yard like I normally do. 10 minutes later I go out to bring the dogs back in when I noticed they were missing due to Andrew leaving the gate wide open. Fortunately I found my dogs before they were able to get on the main road or something worse could’ve potentially happened.

On Monday, January 19th I went to their office to complain and the individual I spoke with was Kelly. This gentleman seemed uninterested in my complaint and continued smirking the entire time. He then asked me what he wanted me to do. Not once did this man apologize for Andrew’s incompetence.

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our backyard!

From start to finish, the team absolutely exceeded expectations. They installed a beautiful stone walkway that completely elevated the space, built out a clean and well-designed flower bed, and added lighting that makes everything look incredible at night.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work.

If you’re looking for a landscaping crew that delivers high-quality results and genuinely cares about the outcome, I highly recommend them. Our backyard has become one of our favorite places to spend time now.

Looking for great plants for your garden this summer? Home Depot at Crestwood Festival Center even has heirloom varieties of tomato plants you will not find other places.

They still have beautiful flowers for sale. Very few Bonnie plants. They also have plenty of seeds but if you are looking for collards or turnips look elsewhere.

Visiting my son out of town but had to make a Home Depot run. They are consistently good. This is an older store but still good.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. I attempted to return a product for which I had a receipt, but the store manager, Kathy, refused to issue a refund. She insisted that I needed the original credit card used for the purchase. When I explained that my card had been shut down due to fraud, she only offered store credit, which was not what I wanted.

I found this level of customer service to be quite poor, especially as a loyal customer who spends over $100,000 annually at Lowe's. My consistent business with Lowe's is primarily due to the expectation of excellent service, and this incident did not meet that standard.

I hope this matter can be addressed.

Extremely unprofessional delivery team. I ordered a washer and dryer. The washer was delivered as expected. There was a mix up with the dryer and needed a rescheduled delivery. From that point on my delivery was scheduled, and rescheduled every other day for two weeks. 4 missed attempts. I was told the dryer made it on the truck every morning of expected delivery for me to be informed later that night around 7pm that it would need to be rescheduled. Later to found out with customer service the delivery team would write false notes in the reports that “customer could not accept delivery” with pictures of a random house that wasn’t mine so they could go home early. Customer service made no attempt to schedule a delivery so I didn’t have to miss another whole day of work.
I called Lowes and told them what happened and they scheduled my delivery for the next day.

I LOVE LANDSCAPE WORKSHOP!!! Thank you NANCY, RYAN and BRUCE. They always exceed my expectations!! Y’all are great!!The attention to detail was incredible. Thank you for refurbishing our steps outside. They listened to my goals for the project patiently and professionally and I am thrilled! Even our dogs approve🐾

Very disappointed in how they maintain Carrington in Trussville. We have beautiful weeds growing in our flower beds at our entrances. I drive past them every day waiting for the company that we hired to do what they are paid to do weekly….. still waiting…… I don’t recommend if your looking for a landscape contract for your neighborhood. Also, the pine straw is thin that we were given at the beginning of year and our boxwoods are blocking 1/2 the name of the subdivision sign and are hairy. The attention to detail is lacking. Again, all in my opinion.

This company sprinkler system left water marks along the driver side of my car. I went through the car wash and the spots won’t come out of my car. I contacted the company to see if they would take care the spots on my car. Someone claimed his name is Jeremy told me there isn’t anything they can do! He offered a car wash. Seriously! Are kidding me! Your sprinklers damaged per se my car! Terrible Terrible customer service.

RIP-OFF company, named nature coast, now named landscapeworkshop. Workshop buys out other landscape business and re-names them. Nature coast has never done decent work for our neighborhood for 5 years. Over half a Million dollars. Now hasn't mower since October. Contract says mow every 2 weeks. But they come to get paid $40,000 to pick up some hurricane debris, and leave the rest. Now workshop can take the blame for this. ZERO STARS!!

Brandon from McNair Lawn Pros came out last minute to take care of my yard, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely professional, showed up on time, and got straight to work. Him and his partner did a fantastic job, my lawn looks better than it has in a long time.

It’s not easy to find reliable people who take pride in their work, but these guys definitely do. I really appreciate them fitting me into their schedule on short notice. Highly recommend McNair Lawn Pros to anyone looking for quality, dependable service. 5 stars all the way!
