This septic system service pumped our septic tank. Very courteous and professional. They came the next day and even arrived early! We didn't have to wait all day!! They sent pictures and informed us that we should be good for another 4-5 years. Great Company with great staff!

We bought the whole package, including a reverse osmosis system for the icemaker and a water dispenser by the bar sink. The water system we like. We also like having the water dispenser by the bar sink for coffee, cocktails, etc. The problem is that it has not worked. It is obvious the ice maker takes essentially all of the water so the water dispenser never works. They have tried about 8 things to avoid putting in two systems. Today they are coming out to finally try two systems. The scheduling is a nightmare. They are always late, and it means my wife and I are wasting time waiting for them. The people are nice, but it has been a difficult process, that I believe could have been avoided with the right research on the front end.

Landon evaluated the job and came back the next week to install our whole house and UV filters. He was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He did a great job! We will recommend them highly.

Austin Maddox arrived on time and was polite and courteous the entire time he was at our home. He was very professional as he assessed the system and disassembled, cleaned and put back in service our iron filter. He was very professional about his work and put the filter back in service. I am a retired engineer and observed his work ethic and careful approach. He is a keeper as far as an example and as a trainer for other technicians. He will go far. Richard Fleming, retired senior engineer and senior US Navy Captain.

I think they do a good job overall. Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable and efficient. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I have 3 reviews to give so that I can recognize each of them in their own right.
I was recommended Aqua Systems of Alabama by a good friend of mine who has had the service for a few years now, so decided to give them a call. I was given an appointment later that week and the sales rep, Andy Meggs, gave a very informative presentation. He explained everything about the water situation here in central Alabama, like the high levels of minerals in the water and how the water treatment plants have to use high levels of chlorine to cleanse the water but his explanation of soap scum and why our water was causing so much issues with our skin, hair, clothes and dishes, that was what sold me on the system. There were some things we already knew about how the water and how it was affecting us but understanding soap scum and how it stays on our skin gave me so much clarity about how my wife's eczema and why it was flaring randomly or even the dry skin of my daughter. He even explained why our dog, didn't want to drink tap water or even the filtered water from the refrigerator. He was not trying to sell me on the system but rather inform me about our water and what was going. Needless to say we purchased system and are very satisfied with the outcome. I just want you to know that in the end, he was completely drenched.
I was assigned Johnathan Walker as my installer later that same week. He was very professional from beginning to end. He asked where i wanted to place our filtration system in the garage and gave his suggestions when I wasnt sure. He started upstairs under the kitchen sink, with the reverse osmosis filter and linked it to the refridgerator in less than an hour. He continued in the basement and tested our water pressure and found out that it was at 40psi instead of the standard 50psi. He turned off the water and began replacing our valves and installed the system. I unfortunately had to leave for a few hours, so i told him i had to step our. He said he only had to finish the installment and turn on the water. I thanked him in advance and left while he stayed and completed the Job...or so I thought. I called my wife when I was on my way home to see how the water was and she said Johnathan was still there. It had been 3 hours since I Ieft home so I was concerned about what had him there so late when he said he only had a few more minutes. My wife told me that when he turned the water back on, the shutoff valve broke off and water began filling up the garage. She said he was drenched once he was able to get the water to stop. However, he did not stop doing his job. He patched the leak, replaced the valve with a new shutoff valve and completed installation..but realized that he did not have a filter for the thrid part of the system. He cleaned up the water, as much as he could, showed my wife how to get on the app and left. Thanks Johnathan, you didnt have to stay later to clean the water but what was a 3hr job turned into a 6hr job and stayed until the end. I appreciate it.

3rd and final review.
So because we were missing a filter for the 3 part of the filteration system, Xander was dispatched today. He explained thoroughly how the system works and he installed the filter with no problems. I told him about what Johnathan went through and praised him for staying so late since Johnathan lives over 2hrs away. We talked about how great of a company Aqua systems is and how they valued quality over quantity and how they've treated him as an employee. I thanked him for his honesty and appreciated him for his knowldge of the system I like to know how much a company cares for their employees, and because of this I added the 5 year maintainance plan to my installation.

Thank You again to Andy, Johnathan, and Xander for all of your help. We as a family have enjoyed our filtration system and are greatful to the entire Aqua systems team in Alabama. I will definitely recommend you all to everyone I know.

This company was a God send! We recently moved into a home on well water. Our water would intermittently turn a nasty yellow color and stay this way for weeks.

The salesman encouraged me to participate in the on site water test - and did a fantastic job educating me on the issue at hand.

He gave me 3 different solutions to choose from and did not push me to make a decision.

I ended up having them install a new system and our water has never been better. Crystal clear, soft, and tastes great. My old system took up an entire 30 sq ft closet. The new system only takes up a small corner and has little to no maintenance.

I’ve honestly never been more happy with a purchase. Would recommend to anyone!!

Working with Aqua Systems of Alabama was the best experience! They were extremely knowledgeable when they came out to test our water and discuss our options. We went with the top tier option and have not been disappointed. The technician that installed the system was quick, kind, and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend Aqua Systems to anyone looking to filter their water (which everyone should)!

I do not recommend this company! Very crooked! I don’t know how they sleep at night! They took advantage of my grandmother and installed a well water system around 3 years ago! She has a very high level of iron in her water and they installed a system that would only handle half of the amount of iron she has in her water! They tested the water and knew that it had a lot of iron and they still installed a system that wouldn’t keep her water clean! Every time they came out to do maintenance, they claimed something was broken and would try to charge her a fortune! And it was always a different technician that would come out and they would say they only have a few months experience with the system! She started having issues recently with her system and we decided to bring in another company to help her! She is now using a new system with a different company and her water has never been as good as it is now! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jesse serviced our whole house water filtration system and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well.

They tell you it's a yearly contract that can be cancelled with a 90 day notice. They don't tell you that you're trapped for another year AFTER you've given them 90 day cancellation notice. Less than pleasurable to do business with.

They did an amazing job. Everything went smooth. Before I got the system, my skin and hair were so dry from the city water. I lost lot of hair.Now it took all the chlorine out and alot of other stuff out. Now the water is clean and fresh. Wished i got the system sooner, it's a LIFESAVER.
