The technician did a great job installing our water softener and filter system, he explained the process and how the system works, the installation looks very professional. I would recommend Aqua Systems to anyone thinking of getting system for there house.

On October 24, 2025, We had the "Whole House Sub-Micron Filter" and "Whole House Carbon Filter and Water Softener" installed. We did not get the Reverse Osmosis purifier because the Sub-Micron Filter seemed good enough for what we wanted. The total cost was $6,499 and well worth the cost and also beat the competition's price. Everyone from the office staff to Residential Water Specialist, David Frease, explained the benefits and installation process well. Our plumber who installed the system, Jonathan (Chris), was thorough and professional. Jonathan also installed a valve to shut-off the water to the entire house next to the system so we no longer have to go to the street meter if we need to shut the water off to the house. All outside faucets but one are included in the filtration which makes washing cars spot free. We are extremely happy with having both systems in place and love the feel of clean, pure water. Our only regret is not having a whole house purification system installed years ago. In our opinion, it improves the function of appliances, pipes and our bodies (no more showering or soaking in a tub that smells like chlorine). Stop spending money on Starbucks and put aside the necessary money to have this system installed. Thanks again Aqua Systems of Alabama!

Landon and Matt came and installed a water filtration system and a reverse osmosis under sink filter. They did a great job. We are very pleased with the service from the initial phone call to the install. It was an excellent.

They replaced my reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. I cannot believe how much better it flows! They were very kind about the amount of time is had been since I’d had it cleaned. This new one works like … well, like new! Very nice people to work with from the Pelham store to the man who came to my house to do the work. Very nice vendors to work with

I am envious of the 5 star reviews, however, that is not my experience. I understood the yard would be trenched due to irrigation system. However, I did not understand that the yard would be destroyed.
Also, I was told the outside water from faucets would NOT be tied to the system. That was perfect! However, that is not the case. When I asked the install technician he said it was all together. I have no interest in using the system for adding water to the pool or watering lawn. It was not mentioned to the technician because this was the second day at 7:30 and he was exhausted as was I.
The second star is because the water is fantastic. Everyone had great manners and were timely.

The customer service provided by Aqua Systems was the best I can recall ever being provided. They responded quickly to my inquiry for possible service. Sent numerous texts confirming, letting me know they were enroute, an even who was coming, with a photo and a description of their experience and hobbies. Then the follow up was no different. If customer service is import to you, then you won’t be disappointed with Aqua Systems.

I have been very pleased with both the performance of my water system as well as the quality, friendliness, timeliness of the service that we receive at the house on both the softener and the RO system. I cannot highly enough recommend Aqua Systems if you are in the market for a whole home system. But if you are not yet considering one, you will probably be amazed at what a difference one makes!

It was a nice surprise to work with a company that was polite, responsive, and actually communicated with the customer. It was great working with Dave, Landon, and Patrick. We have only had our system about a month but can already see, feel, and taste a huge difference! Wish we would have done this year's ago.
