Once again Aqua Systems did an excellent job! They called me to schedule a 6 mo. maintenance check up, and then the service technician was great! Xander explained everything and answered all my questions! Highly recommend!!

Devon from Aqua Systems of Alabama performed the annual service on our under-sink water purification system today (filter replacement and full system check), and the experience was excellent!

He clearly has strong technical expertise with these systems.

Devon showed me the removed filters and the sediment they had captured.. clear visual confirmation of how effectively the system is filtering our drinking water. Many systems, he explained, rely mainly on charcoal to improve taste but DO NOT significantly reduce total dissolved solids or particulate load; it was reassuring to see the actual filtration performance.

Furthermore, he was professional and transparent about the service, verified system pressure and operation after the replacement, and provided clear instructions for post-service use and best routine maintenance.

Highly recommend Devin and Aqua Systems of Alabama. Technicians who take pride in their work are hard to find these days, but that won’t be your concern here..five ⭐️’s.

Jesse, did a super job. Very courteous, went over some additional options if I decided to upgrade my system. He was very friendly, nice, and very personable. Great company with great people, hence the reason they installed and service our filtration system.

We just had our system installed a week ago today. There were some scheduling difficulties with the company and we had to get pushed back a day. They were always in great communication with us and we never felt like we were left in the dark. Jonathan Walker was our technician. He came out Friday evening and hooked everything up. We were able to notice a difference in our water right away. He was very professional and kind and cleaned up after the installation.

This is THE best water filter installer around central Alabama. Patrick Clark was my installer and he did one of the most beautiful plumbing installations that I have seen. A great installation followed by a complete demonstration of a whole house water filtration and softening system. We have enjoyed the benefits of this system for close to a month now. The change in water quality is obvious.

I have to say that all of the technicians that Aqua Systems have ever sent to my house to service my system have always been so very pleasant, and Jesse the person that came yesterday did not disappoint. He was as nice and informative as ever. He explained everything that he was doing as far as the yearly maintenance of my water filtration system and the flushing of my tankless hot water heater. He also told me about the other services that Aqua Systems offers. It is just refreshing to have a business that wants to make sure their customers are satisfied and informed.

Landon did a fantastic job installing our system. He was efficient and very professional in all aspects. Answered all my questions and ensured we were left with a “clean” install and great tasting soft water. Highly recommend!

We're so happy and pleased with our new Aqua water system. We've always had a water system in all of our homes and this one is by far the best so far. The customer service is truly hands down the best and the support is fast and simple. Our installation technician Johnathan was a 10 STAR 🌟 professional even as we explainedthat we werein the middle of a garage upgrade. Before every step he verified with us to make sure we understood and were pleased. He gave us a full walk through of what he was going to do and made sure that ALL of the installation looked perfect. His service was above and beyond of what we have experienced in the past with our two water systems. If you have the opportunity to ask for a technician Johnathan is the guy. Aqua water 💧 system and the reverse osmosis system is the way to go. I definitely recommend speaking with Ashley and getting one of these in your home for better health and tasting water you and your familyand friends🧡.

We needed an inspection and clean out for a home we were closing on. I should have known when I had issues getting a call back to coordinate the appointment, that it was going to be problematic. When it came time for the appointment, they never showed up. I called to see if there was a misunderstanding, but they never called back. We were on a tight time-frame and had to start over from square one.

Very quick and professional, they were even able to help me troubleshoot issues with my drains that didn’t directly relate to my septic tank. Excellent service and would definitely hire them again if I need my tank serviced.

These guys are the best! After the first company showed and tried to upcharge for unnecessary work, after the second company showed up and damaged the septic tank and lid by dropping tye lid into the tank and lied about it Pumped, I contacted Charles Pickle Sepric Tank Service. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and were honest and upfront the entire process. They pumped and inspected septic tank! No upcharges no dishonesty! They maintained communication at all times. They arrived on schedule. Not only did they pump and inspect, these guys repaired the damaged cause by the previous companies. Thank you to Crystal, Justin, Jeremy and everyone involved. I highly recommend!

Mr Pickle came out when he said he would and banged out our new septic install. Very professional and quality team from his wife in the office to his helpers! Some small damage occurred when he was digging a massive rock out of the septic hole and he came out immediately to repair and make the neighbors happy. Highly recommend!

Pickle did an amazing job for us. We called about a problem with our septic tank. They came out within 2 hours, and did a great job! Another company was going to charge us more and were going to take another day to come out.

These guys came out and repaired my septic system after another company tried up selling to all new field lines to the tune of $4k+. They looked at our system and after giving them the go ahead came out and repaired the very next day. No need to replace field lines. We’re very appreciative of their honesty and prompt response to our inquiry. Thanks guys!

They came to see what the issue was and my 136 pound dog could not walk. They carried her from my basement to the car so I could take her to the vet. Did an excellent job replacing the field lines, also. Thank you, thank you! Great job! Definitely recommend this company.

Don’t recommend. They messed up my property and it’s going to cost too much to fix it. They were supposed to do 2 mobile home pads, driveways and clearing. They did the minimum amount of work for maximum price and didn’t do it correctly. Both pads were not big enough, he buried the top soil, my pad was facing the wrong direction and was not leveled. He basically made my pad into a pond. He placed my driveway in the wrong spot and to the opposite end of the house. Who wants their driveway to the master bedroom instead of to the carport? The other pad wasn’t crowned and holding water too. They kept working after I told them to stop and to hold off until we were on the same page. They said they couldn’t stop and then collected the money from the mobile home company that same day from the loan I don’t even have. They didn’t return my messages or calls for over a week.

Update since they replied: yes we met each day beforehand and the work was worse each day, then left in a mess and didn’t respond to my calls or messages for over a week. How did you go above and beyond? Our property is ruined and can’t ever get it back to what it was.
