we had a wonderful experience with Alabama Pumper! Their communication was excellent—they were clear, timely, and kept me informed every step of the way. Alex, who came out to pump my tank, was absolutely great. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to break everything down in a way that made perfect sense. You can tell he really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Alabama Pumper, and I’m especially grateful for the outstanding service Alex provided! Highly recommend their company.

Josh is a very dedicated man to his work and his family. I should know I've been married to him for 17 yrs. Very honest with life and sells he won't point you in the wrong direction. As a family man he also knows about pinching pennies. I highly recommen my husband.

Absolutely amazing, they started on Friday afternoon 1 man team his name was Alex!!! Phenomenal person and great work ethic! So long story short today is Wednesday. Alabama Pumpers couldn’t get it done all in 1 day because the excavator was too small but, they made it all work out and everyone was very understanding and professional.

Richard helped me fix a complicated water softener setup, and I’m really glad I called him. The system was a bit tricky, but he took his time to diagnose and fix it correctly. He was thorough, professional, and very fair with pricing he didn’t charge extra even though he spent a lot of time on it. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Staff was very professional and courteous my sink was fixed in a timely manner and he cleaned after himself. I will hire his services again if I need plumbing repair again.

I would like to thank Richard for doing everything to get my Kitchen sink unstopped. It had been a few days since it was completely stopped (the water was not going down at all). He started early and didn't stop until it was fixed. The sink was terrible, I think everything was in that drain. However, he did everything to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again Richard I appreciate it.

Unfortunately I wasted my time!! I’m doing a total remodel and was just trying to get some help with a tub and all the fixtures for my remodel. There was 3 or 4 ladies there ALL looking at their computer. I was there for over 15 to 20 minutes and NOT one person could take 5 minutes to offer help.

I flip houses and do kitchen and bath remodeling with all that being said unfortunately this is not a friendly place to visit!!!

Ferguson was super easy. I was having an issue with my shower cartridge and Josh at the counter knew the part by just looking at it and I was in and out in less than 5 mins. When I got home he FaceTimed me and helped me finish the job.

Very caring for their customers and knowledgeable unlike some of the larger hardware stores. I wish I would have just visited Josh at Ferguson 1st.

Deliver from here far as I can see this place always busy has a big customer base customer friendly driver friendly also opens early 630am ive heard nothing but great things about this place will recommend to anyone

had delivery here today, I can see where it can be tight for drivers with less experience. Check in on the far side of the building. Also whoever has that Chevy SS I’m jealous

Fcfs , check in and got a door rigth away, easy back in , but be careful with cars parked on the front of docks, but still enough space for backing, no overnight parking.
