Had my septic tank pumped out by these fine folks. The man that showed up to get it done Christopher Cook was his name was on time, knowledgeable, very professional. Amd had it done in no time and they did it cheaper than other places I called around here. To quote it.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I had to have my septic tank cleaned out. The technician was very careful of my fence and yard, the tank was right up against the fence. It was dark when he got to my house but they kept their promise that they would get it taken care of that day as their schedule had gotten backed up the day before. Would definitely recommend them.

I had an issue with my septic system and filed a home warranty claim. Alabama Pumper was assigned to my case, and this was my first time working with them. I filed the claim on a Sunday evening, and they were at my house by 9 a.m. Monday morning. The communication from Paula in the office was excellent. The onsite technician, Josh, was fantastic—he explained everything he was doing along the way.

We encountered an unusual issue with my existing panel that required additional troubleshooting the next day. Jay, the owner, came out personally with Josh, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it quickly.

I had no prior experience with Alabama Pumper, but after this, I plan to use them for all future work, whether or not it’s through a home warranty. I will recommend Alabama Pumper to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you!

I found this business online while looking for someone to perform a septic inspection and line scope for a home that we had under contract to buy. The reviews just stood out to me as being really good. When I called, Paula, one of the owners, answered and explained things so well. It was nice that she knew the answers w/out putting me on hold to go ask someone else. The morning of the inspection, Alex arrived. My husband met him and said that he was extremely nice, clear about what he needed to do and very professional. The septic system was missing a clean-out and risers for the tops of the tank. Alex talked to my husband about it and Paula called to explain things to me. We decided to have the work done that day and are so glad that we did. If you want excellent work, reasonable prices, and professional service on the phone and in the field, I recommend that you give them a call. You'll be glad that you did - we certainly are.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, from speaking with Paula, to Jay and Chris coming out and taking care of my plumbing issues with my septic tank. This was the best experience from any company that I have had bar none! They pumped my septic tank the same day I called, well my line was clogged from house to the tank, so they came back THE VERY next day and cleared the line.. unbelievable service!
