Great place, always friendly.

They were awesome..... Even though we showed up 10 mins after they closed we were still able to get the water heater we had already paid for and even helped us load it into the car. All employees were nice and helpful, that's more I can say about a lot of places unfortunately.

I Could NOT be more pleased with how easy this process was! The most knowledgeable sales person, Shelby, helped me pick out several faucets, sinks, and several tiles for a major home renovation. She worked with my budget, and knew her way around the products in the store and in catalogs. I was blown away by how easy this was. I highly recommend this store. It is beautiful and they have a variety of prices. Shelby also worked hard getting my builder what he needed on very short notice. Highly recommend stopping in! It is the PERFECT place for someone like me, who is clueless about fixtures, tiles, and sinks.

I called about my bathroom toilet and he came that morning as he promised took one look at it and new exactly what the problem was, and fix it quickly and accurate I didn’t have any more problems out of this toilet anymore so please call him he is very good and professional

Just had some work done by him and I can say I’m very displeased with the finished product. I have pics of my walls being scarred and door frame torn. I specifically told him and his worker that I do not play about my home. But upon finishing, he was contacted and said there’s nothing he could do. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

G1 Plumbing worked well for my repairs, Preston is highly professional and work was completed as promised and on time. I recommend their services.

They were absolutely wonderful, and even worked extremely late to get new pipes laid at our house, and came back eh next day to finish with no extra charge.

Mr Preston was very patient and professional when installing my toilet. The communication was good, he explained everything he had to replace, and work with me the price. He cleaned up once he was done and followed with me afterwards.

G1 Plumbing should have its license taken. Do not use this company, the owner Preston is very shady. I was scheduled for an appointment on Thursday the the 4th but he didn't come until that Friday the 5th, he told me later was leaking, he left leaving the impression that it was fixed he said call if anything is wrong. It was still leaking called him he didn't answer, I called my home owners insurance they said call him back, he answered and said that he had to get approval to do the repair and that it took they 45 min to approve the work but he had left and said he would back out next week to do the work because someone else needed him as if i was not significant enough. I called a name and asked for my 85 dollars back and he hung up on me. Do not use this company you will regret it. P. S.

This company is highly unprofessional and needs to be out of business. The guy, Preston, that came out to my house and replaced the faucets and work on the toilet was horrible. My faucets leaked down underneath the sink and he made the toilet WORSE. I called my warranty company about him and they set up another appointment. He never showed up nor called. This went on for over a month. Then, I called him and he claimed to have been busy and was in another state. He also stated that he would come by at the end of the week, but he NEVER came nor called.

Preston is very unprofessional, arrogant, and a compulsive liar 🤥.
My toilet 🚽 was running 24/7 from 03/31/23 through 04/15/23. Preston arrived on April10 to fix my leaking toilet 🚽 and check out my water heater. He got paid $65 for each job. I ended up having to order parts from Rheem for my water heater. Preston did not return until Tuesday, April 15 to fix my leaking toilet.
I was told by his mother and Preston that I would be receiving an invoice credit from his company for $100 because he waited to fix my leaking toilet 🚽 running 24/7. I talked to both of them several times, and all I got was a bunch of lies, and I never received the invoice credit.

G1 is a great, local owned, company. Professional, fast and fair.

This company should be shutdown. They did not show up for three different appointments, and I had to text or call them to get any type of response. I took off work twice, and for what? My garbage disposal is still not fixed. A freaking horrible company!!!
