My hot water heater ceased to function. They came out the same day and determined that it was just a leak in an adjacent pipe that had flooded the overflow pan and caused the burner to go out. I would recommend them again!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The front desk is VERY RUDE. She hang up the call on me TWICE ALREADY while I was talking. I don't believe it is just simply a disconnection when this front desk hang up the call on me twice ON DIFFERENT DAYS.

Eagle Service Company came to my home on 7/13/2020 to install a dishwasher, sink, faucet, and disposal. They left and they had damaged the wiring to the dishwasher and it would not run. The company told me the next day to read the user’s manual and call an appliance repair company to come fix it. There is a 28 day warranty on their work. They damaged the wiring to the dishwasher, and I now have to call an electrician to come fix their damage.

Jeremy quoted us to repipe all of our gas lines, and add a new gas line to our stove. He also disconnected all of our kitchen appliances and capped off our kitchen sink and bathroom sink. He did quality work and we are happy with the result.

I was really impressed by the service I received! He was professional and thorough with working on my problem. And he did something no one else did he explained to me how to prevent having the same issue occurring again. I learned my unit and how it works. I was very pleased and recommend him to everyone!

I had an expansion tank on my water heater spring a major leak. I was able to turn off the main valve. I called Eagle and they stopped and got my replacement tank and installed in within one (yes one) hour. Hats off to Brad and Eagle. Amazing service.

Hired through insurance company, exemplary problem-solving skills and very helpful (even explained how to do some simple work unrelated to my claim.
Took a little too long submitting a quote, imo, but insurance may be partly to blame. Overall, a great experience by fast but thorough technicians.

I would NOT recommend Eagle Service for plumbing. They replaced a portion of our sewer pipe in our basement that we had been having clogging issues with. The new piping looks excellent and the problem seems to have been fixed. However... I had a couple of issues. They charged me an extra $150 for a 2nd visit that only took 10 minutes for him to confirm the issue (I believe this was refunded after I complained). And worst of all, he did not protect the work area and raw sewage dumped all over our washer and dryer, mop sink, basement walls, etc. I did not see this happen and it ended up being much worse than I thought. I asked him if he was going to clean up before he left, he didn't even sweep up the PVC dust from cutting the pipe. He asked me if I had a mop?? All he did was hose down the area and did NOT do a thorough job cleaning up the raw sewage or disinfecting the area. When I called the office to talk to a manager, they told me they have gotten calls before but that it was not standard for their crew to carry cleaning supplies on their trucks. They did not offer to send someone to clean up the mess. The Servpro quote was twice as much as the plumbing quote. I truly cannot believe they would leave someone's home in such a mess. It's a good thing it was in an unfinished basement!

I called Eagle on a Friday afternoon since we had a drain problem before a busy weekend at my Laundromat. Brian showed up a couple hours later and saved our weekend business. Today Brian came back cleared another drain and jetted all lines. He was very professional, efficient and arrive on time. I think there prices are very fair and would recommend the company and Brian for your pumbling needs.

We had a leak in the main water line from the meter to the house. Eagle came out and fixed it very quickly and gave us a form to help lower our water bill due to the leak. The two men from Eagle were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely use them again!

Eagle Service Company was dispatched to our home to find an exterior leak and restore our water service. Their people were very courteous and diligent. They located the source of my leak, evaluated the best way to restore my service and completely repaired everything. The best thing I like about Eagle is they take ownership. I knew they were going to be with me from start to finish to make sure I was happy and extremely satisfied, which I am. Very well done! They get my highest recommendation.

Great service! From the first telephone call for help, everything went well. The technician,, Ryan , arrived as scheduled, carefully inspected the site and made a decision to solve the pipe leak which was previously repaired by another company. As it turns out, the previous repair was flawed. Ryan’s 20 years of experience and his communication skill helped me understand the fix. It was now correctly repaired. Ryan’s support with the staff at Eagle not only phoned early on to confirm, sent a text that he was on the way with a map of his route. Customer service I should rate at 5 stars.

Charged $59 to come out and do an estimate and never provided the estimate. I wanted to have all the plumbing replaced and I wanted the work permitted, we had just purchased the house from an investor and wanted to make sure nothing was overlooked. They did not want to pull permits to do the work so they never even provided the estimate and management refused to take my calls to explain why or provide a refund. They just took my money and avoided my calls. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank which took a months for them to investigate. Not a trust worthy company at all.
NO HOME OWNER WANTS NON-PERMITTED WORK DONE ON THEIR HOME!
I wouldn’t deal with this company unless you make them pull permits and pay them only once work is done.
