There is so much I could say to commend Duane, Nick and Tyler who came and replaced/rerouted our water main, 200 feet to and in our house for us today. They were on time to start and finished when they estimated they would. They worked smart to minimize the impact of thunderstorms on their outdoor efforts. Their materials are top quality. Their placement of piping, regulator and valves made all kinds of sense. They listened carefully to a few requests we had and a few suggestions we made and honored them. They communicated with us in a very personal and friendly way. They cleaned up when done. And, at the end of the day, they did the work for the price they estimated which was 30 to 50% below estimates we had gotten from other firms. We are very very pleased!

Dwayne and his assistant were extremely personable and friendly and did a great job explaining to us what our problem was and how to solve it. We’ll definitely use them again.

They have come to my house on three different occasions now and each time they were on time ready to do the work with told professionalism and didn’t charge me an arm and two legs! Sent a very inexperienced person to do the work twice. First he put a sink in, and tightened the valve under the sink instead of turning off the water at the main valve in garage. Valve froze. Then he replaced the valve and the hot water barely came out, because he left plastic in the supply line.

I have used Professor Plumb to install water heaters twice within the past year. Both jobs were completed in a very professional manner. The crews were very cordial, and committed to doing not just a good job, but a great job! The company’s rates are very competitive, and representatives strive to provide services as quickly as possible. I have used many plumbers over the years, but I believe that Professor Plumb is by far the best!

Professor Plumb installed my two new water heaters about six months ago and I was extremely pleased with their work. So when a pipe started leaking a few days ago I didn't hesitate to call them. Scheduling was easy Zach arrived on time and had the job finished in 15 or 20 minutes.

Highly recommend this company! We called for a non emergency leak and got a call back very quickly. They came out the next day, text us a picture of the team member coming, and let us know when they were in the way. They were right on time, took care of all of our needs quickly and efficiently price was reasonable for the services provided. If we ever need service again, we will be using them!

When the CEO is willing to come work on a small toilet issue, that's all it took for me to know this company cares about it's customers.
