Zach came to uninstall my toilet, sink, and fridge before I had new floors put down and he replaced them afterwards. He was professional, on time, and left things clean. I would recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the young Plumber, Zach Robertson, who came and installed our new toilet. He was timely, efficient , professional, friendly, and did an excellent job in installing the toilet, even when there was a missing part to the assembly, which he somehow was able to find an exact substitute in his truck.
I highly recommend him.

We have three gentlemen from Professor Plumb come out April 29, 2025 to replace our old tank water heater with a new Navien 210s tankless water heater.
Because our water heater for some reason was installed in the attic, I didn't want any leaks on our ceiling, hence the tankless.
The guys did a fantastic job removing the old water heater and installing the new one.
My wife and I could not be happier.

Had a late night with our little boy not sleeping very well and we missed our early morning appointment. Dewayne made it back in the afternoon to get it done and he was fast with the installation and actually used the hose that came with it so I will save a little money returning the one we were told we needed to purchase. We hired them to install a bathtub and ended up with a leaking faucet, detached drain with water leaking into the crawlspace, and a tub that is more than one inch from being level. Have been attempting to contact for multiple days with no returned calls. We have a contractor on hold to finish the job and have only that asked that Duane contact us so we know how to move forward. Nick and another worker installed the tub. After showing up 3 hours late and the job taking 4 hours longer than we were told, I was informed that "they ran into issues because they did not have all the correct materials and so they had to rig things up." Very unprofessional company to work with and would not recommend.

Professor Plumb did n excellent job installing a new gas 40gal water heater. Also the communication to set up the service was extremely professional by Amanda at the office. The service techs arrived within the set appointment time and installed the water heater without any issues or added costs. After I purchased the Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot, Professor Plumb did everything to make this house project go very easily. I plan on using Professor Plumb for any future plumbing projects and will recommend Professor Plumb to my friends and family. Attached is a pic which includes a new expansion tank.

Best small business to work with! They have done work for us now, including a same day emergency water heater replacement. I can't recommend anyone better, plus their rates are very fair and affordable, less than half the costs on two different repairs that were quoted by another company before we found Professor Plumb!

I ordered a new toilet install installation through Home Depot. Professor Plumb was available a few days later. They communicated well, dispatched earlier than expected and the guys knocked out the toilet installation in no time.

Great company and very professional. I'm very happy with their work in my bathroom where I had a custom vanity, and sink fabricated by one of Home Depot's preferred providers. The plumbing was arranged by Home Depot to hook up the water supply lines, the new faucet and drainage in the sink to the existing plumbing. The 2 guys that did the job were very nice, professional, quick and neat. They were here for maybe 20 minutes. The company is very flexible with their scheduling and will do their best to accommodate you. I would definitely use them for any plumbing issues I might have in the future!
