I purchased new water heater through Home Depot. I chose to use their installation service…professor plumber LLC. They picked up at Home Depot and delivered on the scheduled delivery and install date. Showed up on time, courteous and efficient. Job completed in about an hour. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Zach Robertson came out to install 2 water heaters that I purchased from Home Depot. Upon arrival he immediately inquired why I needed them installed and quickly figured out that one did not need replacing. He was honest and very knowledgeable! He could have installed them without even asking any questions. He saved me a lot of money! I would highly recommend these guys!

Chase told me how to order my new hot water heater from Home Depot and they even picked it up so I wouldn’t have to pay a delivery fee. Dwayne was the nicest most polite and helpful installer! He was on time , answered all of my questions and even offered a very affordable solution to a problem we have had for over 16 years!!

Duane was very pleasant, quick and efficient. I had a pipe line crack and he replaced it all new. Explained everything to me in great detail and suggested what I should do in time of cold weather. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs and problems. Veteran owned and I love to support my fellow veterans.

This company let me know when they were headed my way and was on time! The guys reset two toilets, replaced the works in two other toilets and put in a new kitchen faucet I had previously purchased! The jobs were finished in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable too! I’m very pleased with this company! I will definitely call them again when needed!

The service was very smooth. They were polite and courteous and did a very professional job.The install seemed seamless. They took the old supplies away and did not leave a big mess. A very small knick was put in on the corner of the wall because it was a tight space. They let us know that they will have someone to repair it tomorrow. I dont think any other company would have that level of honesty because we didnt even see it. They were very honest, they charged exactly what they quoted and didnt try to jack the price up like other companies have done. The price point was extremely reasonable. It was a lot less than any other company. They were here within 2 days of my call. I definitely recommend them and I'd use them over and over again.
