While they showed up early and completely got rid of the dead Maple in our front yard, they failed to tell me that the city expects the contractor to remove the remains of the tree. They told me the city would take care of it. This is not true.

The stump was removed several days later. Stump and tree branches made our house look like a tornado had passed through. Not well done.

I was promised a call back later and it never came. Communications seem to be a problem with this company.

Tree removal was at a good price. Getting rid of debris was a problem. I would avoid this contractor.

They were working on a neighbor's trees and offered me a variety of quotes for different options of taking care of some trimming and trees I needed taken down. While doing the work, they also noted another tree that was dead and leaning on a healthy tree toward my house. They were able to knock out the work in one day and came to clean up the next day.

Gave us a price to cut trees, clean up and grind stumps. Did good job cutting. At end of day ask for half price. Husband paid. Said would be back in morning at 8am to clean up and grind stumps. Never showed up and never called. Had to hire someone else to clean up. Once that was done they came back and ask for rest of $. If you use them don't pay ANYTHING till job is done or you are on your own.
Thought they were upstanding people. So sad!
We saw later they dtopped branches also across property line that we had to clean up.

Y Professional Tree Service cut down seven trees for us. These trees were all huge pine trees well over 100 feet tall and close to the house. Y Tree Services took down the trees, removed all debris and grinded the stumps. They had enough workers that enabled them to work in an efficient manner. There was not a single branch left on the property. I am well pleased and can highly recommend them. I would use them again without hesitation.

Y Professional Tree Service is indeed a very professional company. They estimated to remove four 100 foot trees from my back yard. They came in $1600. under my cheapest estimate and $3000. below the highest. They have nice clean equipment and people who know what they are doing. If I had to do it all over again I would still use them but I would ask them not to use their bob cat to pull the limbs out of my back yard and put in my front yard by the street for their cherry picker truck to pick up and haul away. But for me it was ok because I need to do some landscaping to my back yard anyway.

Great team! Highly recommend. A tree fell on our house at 5 AM. We called and they were here within 30 minutes. Very professional. 80 foot tree removed by 1 PM. Removed all the wood from our property and even blew all the sawdust away. Will use again to remove two other trees in the next month.

This is the second time I have paid for Y Professional Tree Service to cut down trees on my property and grind the stumps. The first time I had them cut down 13 large pin oaks. The second time I had them cut down approximately 70 trees, large and small - the largest being a 100' ash that could have fallen on my house if not properly cut. They knew exactly how to take it down so the house was never in any danger. They have a very friendly, hard working staff and I highly recommend them!

We lost so many trees during the recent tornadoes. These guys, despite having to prioritize people with trees on their roofs, took care of our downed trees in such a timely and efficient manner. Their crew is incredibly professional and hardworking. Definitely recommend.

2 very large trees over hanging roof safely trimmed back and a huge pine to close to house removed all safely with no damage . Great crew did what we needed for fair price . Only issue we had was they were supposed to come back next day to grind a stump and did not . After contact they said they had equipment issues so it took several phone calls and some time to get them back . They did return later and finished job. I would hire again.

I called Y professional Tree service and they came out the next day gave us a quote and started the work the very next week!!! Much to our surprise they were AMAZING of the quality of work. We are so thankful for their work and care of cleanup!!! We had some of the most dangerous trees you can think of on top of our house and when we came home from work all that was visibly left was saw dust!!!! I have hired Y Professional Tree Service for two separate jobs. In total, they removed three huge trees in my back yard. I am a gardener, so I had tons of prized plantings beneath these trees… Japanese maples, Lenten roses, shrubs, ferns etc. They removed the trees with absolutely no damage to any of the gardens underneath. Incredible! This would be a five star review, because they did a five star job in cutting and removal, except for Scheduling and communication problems. On both jobs, they delayed the planned service between two and three days, with late notice day of, and one day, no notice. If this tree service will improve their scheduling and communication practices, it would be a five star tree service, in my opinion. They are very skilled at their job for sure.

We consulted Y Professional Tree service about removing four large trees from our yard (front & back).

They provided what seemed like a very fair quote to remove the trees, grind the stumps, clean up the debris, and even remove some debris that had been left from a separate tree that had been removed by another company.

We agreed to the work and price. They worked quickly and efficiently. They ground all the stumps, removed the debris as agreed, and did a good job of cleaning up the yard upon completion of the work.

My wife and I are quite pleased with the outcome (our yard looks so much cleaner and more spacious without the nuisance trees) and we would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs similar work performed.

The owner brought a crew up to the Augusta GA area to clear trees from hurricane helene. My neighbor hired them and they took care of his fallen trees and debris so well we hired them on the spot. Gave us a great price and took care of the job fast and professional.

I used Y Professional Tree Service to have some trees cut. The team cut down five trees and trimmed one back. Originally, it was planned to have four trees and one cut back. However, one of the guys noticed another tree that was rotting and leaning toward the house. They told me that the tree was in bad shape and would at some point fall toward our chimney. It was an additional cost but it was at a discounted price. Sure enough, when they cut the tree down, you could see the rot. It probably wouldn’t have been much longer and that tree would have caused some damage. I’m glad it was noticed and pointed out to me. Everyone that was on site working worked professionally as a team. Everyone was coordinated in the whole process from start to finish. They had several cleaning up, several working machinery, enough people on the job to get things done efficiently and very quickly. The team arrived pretty early and finished up before 3 p.m. I was very surprised they managed to get 98% of the job done in a day. All that is left is stump grinding, which will be done the next day. Some of these trees were very big, tall, and in areas very close to the house so they had to be very careful. I will be using Y Professional Tree Service again next spring to cut down several more trees. Because of the care they took, their professionalism, their awesome teamwork, and reasonable pricing, I highly recommend using Y Professional Tree Service.

The quality of work was great. We had two huge trees removed from the front of our house and a smaller tree removed from the backyard. All the stumps were grinded and hauled off, the work was done in a timely manner, and they also did us a huge favor by hauling off an above ground pool we gave them that was an eyesore. Everything got cleaned up, our yards look good and the crew was very friendly. Will definitely consider Y Professional again.

They called and rescheduled an hour before were supposed to be here when it was pouring rain. They came when they said they would.

They did an incredible job removing 2 75 year old 80 feet high trees. They carried it all off.... all for a reasonable price.

Terrible service. This company is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. The price was too good to be true and they were available right away. They were to remove 4 trees, grind the stumps, and trim 2 others. It was raining the last day they were here, but I was told they would be back to complete the job. I paid in full for all of the work. After over 3 months of being told they would be back to complete the job, they have yet to come back to do so. I had to contact another company to grind the stumps, trim the trees, and complete the clean up as branches and debris were everywhere. I recommend paying another company to get the job done right.

Y professional Tree service did an amazing job at cutting a tree down, grinding the stump and also cutting 2 limbs off of a huge Oak tree growing over my house. They were here the next day after calling and getting a quote. Prices were cheaper than other companies I looked into. Very professional and quick. 10/10 recommend using this company.
