Tree reviews in Crossville, Alabama

They came out and took down a large oak tree and trimmed up another tree in the yard. Pleased with their quick response, reasonable price, and fast takedown of the tree. They even came back and ground up a couple of trunk branches missed originally. Definitely would use again if needed.

Update: the group that operated originally did reach out and eventually return to finish the job to some level of satisfaction.
Pal that recently had some service done has experienced terrible customer service. Told multiple times they would correct some things they had agreed on. Never returned when they said they would now is blocking calls and messages. Gave a receipt for less than was paid; Suspicious. -
The crew showed up on time and got right to work. We had a couple 100 foot pine trees next to the house and a detached garage. They dropped both tress with expert precision. We had a total of four large trees taken down and the stumps ground. The yard was completely cleaned up and everything was hauled off. All work was done as agreed at a reasonable price. Very professional and courteous. Extremely satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire again.

Mr Green Jeans Tree Service did an outstanding job for us. They removed a large Sweet Gum tree that was leaning toward our house, and an almost dead Coastal Redwood, grinding both stumps. They also were very accommodating in trimming 4 other trees. They didn’t rush the trimming leaving us with unbalanced trees. I was very satisfied with the finished product and they also did a great job cleaning up after. Just super pleased with their work and highly recommend.
Weather impacts promised work dates. Nothing they can do about that. They either have to short the previous work they’re doing or push back your start time. Please be understanding when hiring them. They can’t control weather.
Totally pleased with them, and I am a demanding customer. -
Great company to hire if you don't want them to do what they agreed to. They said a stump would be cut low enough to drive over and that's true if you drive a monster truck. They were supposed to cut all stumps to a specified height for me to cut with a rented log splitter and only did so with half of them. Many were only cut half way through were I wouldn't see it until they were gone. I have to pay to have a huge pile of logs carried away. Their foreman left before the job was done and the remaining employees wanted to leave and kept pretending that they didn't understand what I was saying. I would not hire them again.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, your team demonstrated expertise and quality. The team's commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment was evident, and I was particularly impressed by how carefully you handled the removal process, ensuring minimal disruption to my property. Also,I am grateful for the teams willingness to address all my questions and concerns throughout the process.

They showed up to cut a tree down in my neighbors yard. They pulled their truck through my yard. When I asked the “owner” to move he just made excuses and was an ass about it. Left his tire marks and dirt patch in my yard. Giving one star since I can’t give 0. Do not use this guy’s unprofessional disregard for other folks property. Left a review on their Facebook and they blocked me. Wholeheartedly do not recommend.

Jason’s crew knocked it out efficiently and safely. No damage to my or my neighbors house. They helped figure out the best height. And loaded the cuts and further cut it down on their trailer and removed it from my yard cleanly. They dealt fairly with my needs and expectations. Including blowing off my roof of chips.
