AC went out today. Called this afternoon to make an appointment. Lucas showed up at 630 pm, professional and polite, despite the heat. Got the AC up and running. Great service, would highly recommend.

The young lady in the office was amazing! She made me feel like family. Also I was so grateful for the Technition’s patience and thorough explanations of the problem and the solution to the problem. I definitely would call on them again!

Great service from Brayden. He worked late to make sure we had air and even fiixed another company's mistakes. He was very clear about services and pricing on work needing to be done. Already scheduled preventative care for our units for him to do. He did a great job definitely would recommend.

Arron from L&F Services came out to fix my central air and I was very please with his work,he was very friendly,helpful and definitely knew what he was doing.He had to replaced the heat pump which took about 3 hrs.If you need work done use this company you will get your money worth.Very pleased!!!! L&F Services installed our new HVAC system in May 2024 through our home warranty company. They never moved the breaker to the correct amperage and didn’t install the secondary drain pan. When we called about the breaker, they refused to fix it, so we had to pay out of pocket to correct their mistake.

We just found out about the missing drain pan during a home inspection (Oct 2025), and now it could cost us thousands or even impact our home sale. When we called the manager to make it right, he said they wouldn’t fix it because it was “done under a warranty.” That’s not acceptable — it was their install error.

They don’t take responsibility for their work, and we’ll never use them again. If you want your HVAC done right the first time, look elsewhere.
