Massively unimpressed and extremely frustrated.

We hired this company last year to install a new HVAC unit. They completed the installation but failed to move the breaker to the correct amperage and never installed the required secondary drain pan. When we contacted them about the breaker, they refused to fix their mistake.

They also “left to get a pan” and were gone for over two hours—then came back, fixed their brakes in our driveway (not the HVAC), and "finished the job" - aka with multiple issues still present.

We only discovered the missing drain pan during our home inspection, when the inspector informed the buyers—now this oversight could cost us thousands or even jeopardize our sale.

When we called on 10/10/25, the manager told us they wouldn’t finish the work because it was “under home warranty.” In other words: they don’t stand behind their own work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. A company that won’t take accountability or correct their own errors is deeply disappointing. We’ll never use them again, and our realtor network has been notified to steer clients elsewhere.

Brayden is the only technician I know!! When I say he is knowledgeable and very cordial, well mannered and a great listener!! He had my unit up and running in a expedited time manner! There's never ever been a time I've reached out to this company and they didn't give me a quick response!! During the death of my daughter, Brayden saw the hurt in my eyes and he said can I please give you a hug!! That meant the world to me!! Brayden you are a wonderful man!! ❤️ Thanks L &F for tending to my air conditioning needs!!

Kevin , the owner, installed HVAC in my garage for me at a great price and was done with everything in less than a day… some time later had a relay burn up and he was there that same day to fix the issue and have my unit running again. Would highly recommd.

I called to get my unit serviced expecting it to be a little while before someone could get out. To my surprise I had an appointment for about an hour and a half later. Bo showed up and done a very good job. I would recommend this company and Bo to anyone.

Very fast and efficient! Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful with some preventive maintenance. I left a message with Cullman Heating and Air last night, and they scheduled me in just before another appointment..arrived 8am this morning.

Kevin was incredible. Very through, honest and fair. I will be a regular for him and his team to service my homes HVAC system. No need to look anywhere else in Cullman. These are the guts to go to!
