AC went out on a warm late Saturday night. The technician got to my house in 45 minutes. The heat pump needed a new capacitor. The technician explained what was wrong and showed me how he tested for the problem. He was in and out in a half hour. No extra service charges either for a late Saturday night. I highly recommend this company.

We moved to the area very recently and wanted to have our a/c unit serviced to get an idea of what we were looking at with the a/c. Kevin came out and did a great job !! He was professional and answered every question I had. Definitely going to use their services from now on. This was the absolute best service I have ever experienced and am extremely grateful for everything.

Bo was an amazing service tech he explained everything and kept me informed to what he was doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kevin and his team did an excellent job from the first phone call, to the installation of my heating and air conditioning. He answered all my questions, explained how they were going to install everything. He even took the time to look at my mini split and explained how to clean the filters,etc. I will continue to do business with Cullman Heating and Air. They are outstanding

Highly recommended. Our heat went out with temps going into the 20’s…they came the same day, worked until after dark, with a good attitude. Kevin was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely top notch. If I could give more stars I would. I have had my unit serviced in the spring every year for as long as we have had it and I have never had a service that checked and cleaned everything. The service tech, Kevin, was definitely a pro. His knowledge and experience were evident. He took his time and explained everything. On top of that the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I went ahead and booked for next year.

My family and I live in the Cullman County area. I found Cullman Heating & Air on a Google search and called them around lunchtime. They were able to have an HVAC technician en route to our house that very same day. Kevin arrived promptly when scheduled, he was very professional and had excellent technical knowledge. He clearly knew what he was doing and serviced our A/C without any issue. These guys had us back up and going in no time!

I am 77 years old and woke up to no heat this morning. Temperature with wind chill made it feel 10 degrees. I called for service at 7:16 am and they were at my house at 8:00. Unbelievably nice 👍 and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! If you ever need service they are definitely the company to call!!!!
