I was repaired by Wade today for my Dryer and he was absolutely amazing and an asset to this company. He deserves a raise. He was kind, compassionate, courteous, and very knowledgeable he made sure to get it all repaired and show me what was wrong and explained how he repaired it. Communications and expectations were set from the very beginning. Chris O. Was truly professional. He was meticulous through his diagnostic process and shared with me what would happen next. He wanted me to know about all of the offerings metro appliance could do and turned out I was needing someone to look at my generator. He offered to take a look and found the problem immediately. In thirty seconds he pushed two buttons and it was fixed. He told me to have a good day and off he went. This type of customer service is like it was a long time ago. Customer focused. Chris O.
