Wade brought our part to our washing machine and I never give reviews but he was so nice respectful and very knowledgeable he got it put in in just minutes I could not be happier and will only deal with him

Shawn and his team work very hard to make sure the job is done right. We had a stubborn LG refrigerator that the ice maker went out. No one services LG appliances around here and he took care of the issue and even reached out to LG for a warranty part to solve the problem. We can’t say enough about how polite and helpful all of his team were anytime they were at our home. He is a professional and it reflects on them and his service. We highly recommend them!

Wesley and Chris were the technicians. They are very nice guys and paid attention to detail. They worked on my freezer. They had to move things out of the freezer and put things back the way they were. They were prompt. The repairs are done and all is well. Thank you Wesley and Chris. Keep up the good work.

I was referred to Metropower through our home warranty company for dryer repair. The tech Wade came out the next day which in my book was great. He was so nice and professional. Parts were immediately ordered and the repair process started. Due to no fault of the company, the parts were delayed. UGH! Chuck and Shawn were very helpful and Shawn personally showed up to help with install of part. Chuck was very apologic for the delay (even though not company's fault). The company will go on my speed dial for future use.

I recommend!!! Great service, very polite, friendly, and skilled electricians. I explained to them the problem I was having with my outlets tripping in the garage and they had a solid solution for me. They gave me a good quote and was done in a little over a hour. With the work that was done, wiring and additional outlet, they didn't leave a mess, spare parts, or any visible holes in drywall. They left everything the way they found it. These guys were great. Chuck the manger even called me later to make sure I was happy with the work.

I have been so pleased with MetroPower. This company and my technician Wade went above and beyond my expectations. First of all the scheduling was flexible for me and he arrived on time. He did exactly what was needed to fix my refrigerator. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked a question he researched it for me and got back to me. Unbelievable customer service. I don’t write many reviews, but I am so thankful for the work Shawn and Chris did, so I don’t wanna keep this a secret. These two went above and beyond to fix my problems, explain the causes, And give me instructions on how to prevent future.

But that’s not it. The next day, which is a Saturday, Shawn touches base with me to make sure everything is running properly and all my concerns were met. (Another first from a home warranty company), Well, that text could not have came at a better time. I was so discouraged because It had not been 12 hours and I had a new problem with a different appliance….. And again it was a Saturday. Shawn was at my house and had the problem fixed within one hour from the time I received his text. I did not think this type of service really existed, but I sure am grateful for the experience.

Both were professional, informative, efficient, and personable. Highly recommend.

Wesley is the best tech I've ever had an experience with. He came out over the weekend to fix my A/C. He was so kind, personable, and professional. He explained everything to me in great detail. We are cool and happy, and recommend him 10/10.

Wesley did a great job repairing my AC. It was a difficult project as the parts were no longer available but he was adaptable, creative, and worked very hard to make sure it was done right. So far so good. Would definitely recommend Wesley and metro power. Thanks!
