Bill Wolfe with Smoot Electric made sure the Stone Creek Subdivision Main Well Electrical Breaker box was repaired correctly (fixed previous electrical code issues), on time and took complete responsibility to provide a great value.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very fast and the cost was less than the estimate. They arrived right on time. I don't remember their names (if I knew) but it was a man and woman. They worked very well together. I highly recommend them.

Approximately three weeks ago, a Smoot Service Electrician (Ray) visited my home to provide a quote for installation of a Tesla Wall Charger. After assessing the job, the electrician requested I provide all of my contact information for a written estimate that he would later email to me. I have yet to receive an email or phone call. Unfortunately, there was zero follow through after the initial visit.

Owner and Help did a great job running power to an out building of mine. True professionalism, was quoted over the phone $1200 to $1500 and was charge only $790. When does that ever happen and their work was great! Good job

This is a great company to do business with! Fair pricing, always punctual, friendly and professional! Ray is an "electrical detective" who runs down the problem quickly and logically! Meta backs him up - they very thorough and are a great team. It's a pleasure to watch them work! I would never call anyone else for electrical work - large or small!

We needed electrical work done in a hurry, and they not only completed it faster than I anticipated, but also charged less than they estimated. 2 nice, professional’s from Smoot had a cancellation and came to complete the work on Tuesday. Very pleased with the work! They cleaned up after themselves and all was great. Everyone has a bad day…but it only takes a deep breath and a smile to convey kindness.
lRude Rude Rude!! Zero Customer service!! Tracey in scheduling was hateful and unprofessional! This company did the electrical work on our new construction and did not wire one of the bathrooms correctly. This should’ve been corrected before we moved in over 2 months ago but wasn’t. Finally had the work scheduled for Nov 29th and no one showed. They arrived on Dec 2nd and had the audacity to tell me that I knew they were coming. I was not home I did not speak to anyone about coming on Dec 2nd! Tracey proceeded to YELL at me and tell me that her people will not sit around and wait an hour for me and that she left me a voicemail! She also told me that the work to be performed was “just warranty work”!! Lady, your company did not do the installation correctly to begin with! Now we’ve rescheduled and I’ve been told that I have to expect to wait 8am-5pm on the scheduled date! This company needs someone else answering the phone to represent their brand and their name. No customer service! If I could give ZERO stars for customer service I would!

I could not be happier with the work. Very professional and responsive. Fairly priced and easy to work with. Going forward Smoot electrical will be who I call for any electrical needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Jeff, the owner and Zach installed my sconces in my dining room. The job was tricky due to a fire wall and stud. They did an exceptional job. There was minimal dry wall interference and Jeff repaired and sent his handyman to pain and it looks perfect. Can’t tell at all they had to go through the wall. Highly recommend this company.

Just a quick review of Smoot Electric, whom we called to get a quote for replacing a outdoor floodlight in front of our home. Everyone fron the office guy John to the repair technicians were extremely friendly and diagnosed/repaired our problem very efficiently.
