One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in nearly 20 years of using professional lawn and landscape companies. DO NOT waste your time or money with these people. Unqualified, uneducated, non responsive, and they over charge for everything under the guise of a reasonable original quote.

One of your lawn service box trucks just crossed three lanes of traffic after cutting off my mother, on hwy 90. No signal. No warning. Forcing her to brake suddenly.

used this company about a year or so ago, was charged three hundred dollars for lawn care, found an imperfection on part of work that was done was contacting them back to back left messages no return call so i just said ok they don't want to fix what they messed up. they should have a satisfaction guarantee policy but they don't
other reviews show different experience so kudos to them that they were happy with work that they performed for them.

I'm so pleased with Wilson Landscape and Lawn Service. Their work is dependable and beautiful. They work hard to manage the wild vines that grow on our property. Leaves and sticks that fall from our large trees are always removed. Customer service is reliable. Ms. Terri and Mr. Adam are willing to work around any schedule change on my part.

I have been using Wilson Landscape and Lawn Service for my own property and for our Property Owners Association common properties. I'm pleased with the services I/we are receiving and the price is reasonable.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would!!! My back yard was absolutely destroyed from my dogs and they came out and helped me fix it at an affordable price! Would recommend them over and over again!

I have been a customer of Wilson Landscape for nearly 3 years. In that time I have only had 3 issues, all which the owner has personally taken care of. They are neat, clean and professional and do a spectacular job. The owner is extremely attentive to customer needs and makes sure the customer knows they are important!

I've always had great experiences with Wilson Landscape. Terri and Chase are just good honest people! They put their heart in all the work the do and they really do care about their customers. High 5 to all yall at Wilson Landscape!

The Wilson team was an amazing experience and great to work with. Professional, classy and the finished product is very satisfying. We chose Wilson Landscaping on a recommendation from our builder. We were very pleased with the experience. Chase listened to what we wanted, made suggestions regarding the plantings and provided a detailed drawing which was required by our POA. The work was started within a few weeks of our contract and completed in a couple days. We were very pleased with the results. We had a few plants that did not make it through the winter, but Wilson. honored the 1 year warranty and replaced them. Our yards looks great! Thank you for a job well done.

I contacted Wilson Landscape to deliver and install 3 yards of river rock. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly, efficient, and respectful. I am very pleased with how things turned out and highly recommend their services.

We had Wilson's team do our regular yard maintenance. The Wilson's team was always flexible with us and done a good job with our lawn.

The lady with the country accent that answered the phone literally hung up in my face. Very rude and I definitely won’t be calling back. I’m sure they lose business because of her.

TLDR: This company jerked me around for 6 weeks and I never got my job done until I hired someone else. Communication was poor and office staff rude.
Absolutely would never recommend this company. My initial call to them was on 4/11 to request a quote for a small job consisting of removing a crepe Myrtle tree and 3 standard builder grade bushes all less than 5 years old that were planted too close to the house by the builder. In addition I wanted a small amount of sod removed around the existing flowerbed so that it could be expanded. Tracy came out on 4/15 and assessed the job and said I would have a quote the next day but that they could “probably do the work in the next week or so” . When I hadn’t heard anything by 4/18 I sent a message inquiring. I was told they had written the email address down incorrectly and it would be sent again. It was and I accepted the bid with some exceptions removed. From that point it was one excuse after the other about why there was late communication, the scheduler wasn’t in, he was confused about when I said I would be available for the work to be done, essentially pushing the job back several weeks. When I finally got a date pinned down (5/26) called the Thursday before to to confirm. A woman from the office called me back early on Friday only to tell me she had cancelled my appointment because “she hadn’t heard from me” Seriously! She was extremely rude and wholly unprofessional. I gave up, told them never mind I would find a more reliable and professional company to deal with.

Update: To the owners “clarification” of details. If you reviewed the file and call recording you would have noted that at the time I requested adjustments I also requested that the email address on file with you not be used as it was no longer in service and provided an alternative communication avenue. This was done via text message, so I have it in writing. At no time during any verbal or written conversation was there any indication that a deposit was required, significant information that just might be a useful part of the initial meeting when the job is assessed for a bid. In addition , given that MULTIPLE conversations were had as to the many setbacks to the scheduling one would think, in an effort to provide good customer service, someone would have picked up the phone to follow up on the missing components needed to proceed. Not simply cancel the job and move on.
As for an offer of “squeezing in” the job once you received a deposit, this was only offered reluctantly (and given with a fair amount of poor attitude) AFTER my extreme dissatisfaction of the situation was made known. I’ll also note that this “offer” was for several weeks later.
If you are to attempt to cover your tracks publicly you should have made sure you had your facts straight. Or at the very least communicate with your customer first.

I appreciate Caiden Bennett responding and looking into the issue with our turf. He followed up and assured us he is looking into our service to be sure the lawn is getting what it needs.

It is my honor and profound pleasure to give my highest praise to Sexton employee, Brandon Weaver. Brandon repaired my irrigation system today (that had been damaged and ignored) by other Sexton employees several times over the years. He is without exception the most knowledgeable, kindest, most caring, gentleman like Sexton employee that I’ve ever interacted with since I have been dealing with Sexton.
Unlike many of the other Sexton employees, Brandon is absolutely top notch - I wish that I could say the same for many of the other Sexton employees, but they have never come close to matching Brandon’s skill and professionalism. Well done Brandon Weaver.

Had a great experience with Brandon @ Sexton Lawn & Landscape. He notified me that morning that he would be by later to check my irrigation system. From the time he showed up, he was friendly and courteous. He was able to do his inspection, identify some leaks, and had my sprinkler system running in perfect condition in about an hour. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone seeking an irrigation system tune up.

Joe and Zach did an awesome job. Two trees, tree rings and plants. Second time with Sexton. Another 5 star experience.
