Called and scheduled an appointment for my grandmother to have her house cleaned. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very informative and so kind! The cleaners also did an amazing job!

My husband and I were getting ready to list our home for sale and reached out to Hope Cleaning Co for a deep clean. I can’t say enough positive things about them! Great communication, very reasonable pricing and very punctual and efficient on cleaning day. Our home was cleaner when they left than the day we bought it! Definitely recommend!

This company came to do a $450.00 deep cleaning and did not do all the tasks on the list. They were scheduled today to fix the issue and at the last minute sent me a text and canceled. Very unprofessional.
I have clients who come to my home and this has really put me in a bind. I called the owner and she would not call me back.
I asked for a refund or I will be calling the BBB.

Yes I was happy at first, until I started looking around. See photos. They tell all.The owner Christa said she would refund my money , but weeks have gone by and no check in the mail. I emailed her to remind her. And she said she would have it transfered from her bank to mine.
Today is March 18th and no transfer.
So she is very dishonest on top of false advertising her list of services.

Hope Cleaning Company did such an awesome job with the deep clean in our house as we prepare for the birth of our baby! It was everything I was hoping for. I especially loved that they send a checklist before they come so you know what to expect for your clean. They also offered to stay and do a walk through with me, which is a step above other cleaning companies I have used previously! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Hope Cleaning is very efficient, quick, and reasonably priced. I don’t know how the ladies can clean so well and be so fast! They don’t use a bunch of harsh smelling chemicals either. The ladies and office staff are hardworking, while taking pride in their work. The office staff is extremely easy to communicate with and seem eager to help. They exceeded my expectations!

Christa is extremely conscientious and accommodating. She checks back regularly and works hard to make sure things are done exactly the way each client prefers. I have never had an issue with anything being damaged and her employees are obviously very honest. I've used Hope Cleaning for several years after trying many cleaning services on the Eastern Shore.
