Miracle and her team are the BEST!!! I love how she is so detail oriented and adds those personal touches. She always asks if there is anything they need to address before they get started and lets me know when they are finished. The house smells so good when the team is done and my woodwork gleams! I used Hope Cleaning Co. for 2 1/2 months. The company was immediately eager for me to leave a review after the first cleaning. The first cleaning was excellent. I told them I would leave a review but wanted to have more than one cleaning before doing so. The girls who come out to clean are all very nice and do a good job. My problem has to do with two things. First, I did not have a consistent team come and I was repeatedly having to give a house tour and orientation to new girls. There was supposed to be some kind of notations passed on about my preference, etc., but that did not happen. Or, maybe they just were not read by the girls. My second concern has to do with the equipment the girls use. The vacuums were substandard, not commercial grade and did not life the pile in my two area rugs nor the bedroom carpeting. I shared both of these concerns with the Hope Cleaning office folks. On two occasions I was assured I would have at least one of the two team members I was requesting who had been to my home before. Unfortunately, that did not happen due to workers calling in sick. I terminated my service because I did not see improvements in my concerns as time went on.

Best part of my week is the text I get saying “Hope is on the way.” Nothing could be more true. With 1 dog, 2 working parents, and 3 kiddos, we aren’t scrubbing those toilets, wiping down the microwave, or mopping like we should. I’m so thankful to the Hope team for tidying, cleaning, and helping us keep it altogether!

We loved having Miracle, Adeline and Brea do a deep clean today! They had great attitudes and even fixed a small spot that got noticed as they left. We loved that it smelled clean but without an overwhelming chemical smell.

Hope Cleaning Co. went above above and beyond our expectations. They were very thorough and detail oriented. We got a deep clean and I could not find a speck of dust or dirt on the window sills or baseboards. Our home hasn't ever looked this good and we've been in it for 3 years. We are very happy with the cleaning the Hope crew accomplished. We moved out of our home and there was much detailed cleaning to do. We went over to observe the progress. We were impressed with their attention to detail. We highly recommend Hope cleaners.

The two ladies, Adeline and Allison, showed up actually a little bit early and started right away. They attacked the project head on and did a wonderful job. At the end, they did a walk-through with me just make sure everything got done up to standard. Very happy with their service! Thank you!

Very disappointed. When hiring this company I gave specific expectations of what I needed in my home. I hired them for a bi-weekly service. They do not have a team lead in place to make sure cleanings are done correctly, they will be quick to remedy the situation but it should not be an ongoing issue. I had to call once a month to state again.. what I am looking for. You should it charge a high price if you cannot provide a high end cleaning service. There should not be dust bunnies in my home after you leave. There should be clear vacuum lines on the carpet. Move things, don’t clean around it! After months of battle, I have cancelled due to the poor jobs that were being done. I am a very good tipper. This company never received a tip from me as I was left disgruntled every time. I highly suggest you put a policy in place to have a team lead come in behind your employees to e sure the job is done correctly.

Hope cleaning did a phenomenal job at my house. I felt like I walked into a new home! Charlie did a wonderful job on my kitchen, highly recommend. Their attention to detail is one of a kind! It feels like they really care about their clients. Just look at this cute Christmas bow they did for the holidays.

This was my first cleaning with this company. Elizabeth and Makayla did an amazing job! My house is spotless and smells great! The girls were very nice and were very considerate! My cat even came out for a pet, which she never does with strangers!

I am giving them a B-. I paid $650 for 2 people for 4-6 hours of a new home deep clean. We moved in a few months ago and wanted a deep clean since all of the moving in was complete. I specifically requested baseboards and areas that needed some extra TLC. I was very disappointed that the owner acknowledged they finished early and did not do all of the baseboards plus I ran my vacuum after they left and picked up two canisters of dirt. My house was clean so really this was to make it spotless. The owner gave me a $65 credit which was honestly an insult on such an expensive event. I chose them based on reviews, do not waster your money. What a disappointment.
