Joey did a great job. Immediately identified the problem with our roof vent. Very professional explaining the issues and followed up with vent flow test to show how he was able to improved our dryer exhaust.

Joey was punctual, very sensitive to taking the time to explain processes and was a complete joy to interact with. His personality was a plus and it’s not often you have an individual come to your home with an utmost respect for cleanliness and efficient work. Joey at Rambo’s Dryer Vent Service assessed our dryer vent that was causing us concerns with an overheating dryer and what appeared to be a blocked vent. He was available within 2 hours of our call and successfully cleaned our vent. His price was fair, his service was efficient, and he gained a new on-going customer from new Fairhope, Alabama residents!

I used Rambo to clean my dryer vent. Joey was very responsive and able to meet my time restraint for appointment times. Once he arrived he was extremely honest about me not needing his full services bc of the set up of our dryer. Nonetheless he took his time, cleaned everything out and checked all that needed checking. Very professional and outgoing. Would definitely use, again and highly recommend.

Joey came to our home yesterday as our dryer vent had been clogged for a very long time!  Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning it out, he also installed a cover for a bathroom vent on the side of our house.  He was extremely thorough as he explained everything that he did, and he really couldn't have been any nicer.  After finishing at our home, he followed me to my wife's business where he installed a dryer vent cover.  I simply could not recommend Rambo's Dryer Vent Service any more!

Rambo’s Dryer Vent Service is unmatched in professionalism, quality and transparency. I have been so anxious about my home dryer vent system. After multiple self attempts of cleaning our home dryer vent system that comes out the roof, I called Rambo’s after a friend recommended this business and was able to make a service appointment in a flexible timely manner! Joey was able to measure and show me the before and after readings/pictures of vent and build up that eased my mind. Above and beyond, Joey cleared my gutters where lint had collected. He also confirmed dryer/ vent system connection at the end of service. Very honest and good at teaching how to see early signs of issues in the future. Even left a magnet to remind me when to call clean out again. Cleaned his whole area afterward and vacuumed behind my washer/dryer and found all the missing socks! Absolutely amazing service. 10 stars if it were an option! Definitely recommend Rambo’s for someone’s home or business!

Joey was very professional and super nice. My clogged vent had caused a 2ft wet spot in the drywall above the dryer. I loved the fact that he had cameras to view the pipes and I was able to see pictures. He throughly cleaned everything and even cleaned up after himself. Price was super reasonable for the work he did. I would highly recommend his service.

Taunton & Taunton did an fantastic job on our carpets and tile!!! When we moved into our new home the floors were beyond disgusting. They were able to remove the stubborn stains and restore our carpet to emaculate condition, and our tile looked amazing! Rob was prompt, thorough, and was really reasonable on price! Highly recommend!!!
