INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! Joey came by at the last minute so I could do laundry again. He fixed the issue, cleaned the line, and got my dryer working perfectly! Wonderful customer service. We will never use another company for dryer vent services!

Joey did an EXCELLENT job cleaning out my dryer vent! He arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job, checking and cleaning not only the pipe but going up on the roof to check and clean the vent. Being in customer service myself, I was very impressed on how conscientious Joey was, making sure everything was cleaned, sealed firmly and performed properly—he even made sure to vacuum the floor after he was done and wiped down the appliances—GREAT CUSTOMER FOCUS! Joey, shows his work in the form of photos and video as well as a gauge to show how water the water column displacement has improved indicating improved air flow in the vent. These are essential in demonstrating that the work has been completed correctly and that potential fire hazards have been removed and the workload on the dryer has been restored to normal, which lowers energy consumption and power bills. I highly recommend Joey and Rambo's Dryer Vent Service. I noticed our clothes were taken longer than usual to dry. Called Joey, and he explained everything to me. Very high tech with a camera that went up the dryer vent duct to the roof. I had a very clogged duct, and he was able to clean and test the flow air. Now my dryer is working efficiently, and our clothes are dry the first time. Thank you Joey and Rambo!!!

Joey came out to clean my dryer vent simple cleaning turns out we had more problems but he was able to get them fixed and dryer is working fine now.

Joey came out today and cleaned out our dryer vent from dryer to roof. He responded quickly to my request for service. He arrived when he said he would. Joey was personable, professional, thorough (cleaned up after he was done.) very Reasonably priced for what he did. I can highly recommend and will use again should the need arise. My gunk looked similar to other reviews so I won’t repeat but dryer is already drying more quickly.

Joey was very easy to work with to set the appointment to clean the dryer vents for two different properties.
The first property had a complete blockage in the vent, it took a while to get it cleared, but Joey was very thorough until he was sure all was flowing as it should.
The next property was a more straightforward cleaning with the vent on roof. When finished he was blowing off lint debris and saw leaves and algae on my roof and took the time to blow that off too!

I needed help with my dryer displaying an error code on the front LCD panel. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that the code means my dryer vent needs servicing. I contacted Rambo's Dryer Vent Services one day and received service the next day. Needless to say that my dryer vent tube was completely full of lint. Joey cleared out the lint from the top of the vent tube completely down to the bottom. He also removed the roof dryer vent screen that was pacted with old harden lint. This issue was causing an air flow restriction and sending an error code to the dryer. The dryer is working without displaying any error code(s). I'm thankful for the work Joey performed on my dryer vent and the removal of my clogged vent screen.

Although I didn't realize how far away from me they were. They understood my situation and came the next day to help me out. Once here realized the job couldn't be done at no fault of theirs. That day my husband and I and chopped down a sticker bush. Once chopped found the dryer vent outside. Informed them and they stopped on their way back through the area and were able to clean my vent. The communication was amazing and I truly appreciate them.

Great experience with Rambo Dryer Vents service. Joey came out the same day and understood the assignment. Prior to the appointment he communicated the risks of the problem and what the the job would entail. The dryer wasn't working due to the vent being clogged. Essentially, this hazard is a huge risk for causing a house fire. He communicated well while doing the job and took around two hours to complete as he previously indicated. I definitely recommend this company due to friendliness and superb customer service and the ability to do the job, educate the customer and manage the customers expectations. This was a wonderful experience.

I had purchased a property that the previous owner never replaced the dryer outlet cover. Joey came out and was able to not only build a new exit vent for the outlet, he did a fantastic job cleaning out the build up in the dryer line.
