We found this firm to be sub-par in their workmanship - has a tendency to cut-corners. Their trustworthiness was highly destroyed by the new HVAC firm we used. They pointed out their poor quality. Others in our complex had similar views and experience.

Excellent response on a Sunday call in. Talked to live person. Tech came within 2 hours, addressed issue and fee was very affordable. Will recommend.

My AC went out on a Sunday at 7pm and these guys come out the day of. Highly recommend them and have been doing business w/ them for years.

Air went out in a condo and I'm 6 hours away. Found these guys online. Called them and Alan was awesome. I gave him access to the unit. he gave me options, recommendations, prices, schedules, and answered all my questions on the phone! Four phone calls later and we were back up and running. Old unit hauled off. Very professional work. Prompt, courteous, reasonable, and, no mess left behind!

Called after 9 pm and by 10:10 the A/C was back up and running! Very reasonable price and great service!

The folks at Gulf Coast HVAC are great to work with. They gave us same day service when we needed a new a/c unit and they have given us same day service on subsequent calls. We highly recommend these folks!

We arrived Sunday evening at our condo to discover no A/C. I called to hopefully get us on the list for a Monday service call. Nope. Got a call back in 5 minutes and was told a tech will be there today. Then got a call from the tech and he said he was 10 minutes out. The A/C was fixed 30 minutes after he arrived and the fee was very reasonable. This company is great. Who does this on a Sunday evening.

My experience with Gulf Coast HVAC was nothing but frustrating. Even for basic maintenance, their lack of communication made things difficult. They never called ahead to let me know when they were coming, which meant I couldn’t properly prepare my workspace or have my team move things out of the way.

To make matters worse, the technicians were rude and completely lacked customer service skills. It was clear they had no regard for professionalism or respect for their customers.

The only saving grace was the office staff—the ladies answering the phones were friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the poor service provided by the technicians.

I’m glad I found a more reliable company to handle our AC maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend Gulf Coast HVAC to anyone looking for dependable service.
