My tech, Paul, completed his work in a timely & professional manner. He taught me about filter maintenance & where to buy them at the best price. Blessed to have me service my equipment.

Rick responded to our emergency call and got us fixed within 2 hours of our call. Paul does our maintenance and is a real pro. Both are fine, fine men, and the company has been great to work with.

Paul has given excellent service during scheduled maintenence visits with high level of attention to details. I also appreciate his sharing of knowledge.

Wow Paul Mc Waters was one of the best service guys that has come to my home. Great service, very personable and educated me. On things that I did not know and I’m 78 years old. When I have my next service in six months, I was hoping that Paul would be able to do it. Thank you so very much.

Paul & Ben serviced my air conditioning system today. They were Professional Courteous and you can tell that they care about what they do. They took the time to explain things. They are a credit to themselves and your company. I feel very fortunate they came to my house today and will recommend them and your company to my friends and family.!

Paul mccwaters came out to my house this morning to perform my free maintenance that was included with the purchase of my air conditioner several months ago. He did an amazing job!!! He was very polite, professional, thorough and detail oriented! He explained, with great, how we could be more energy efficient and what we could do to be even more efficient on the next purchase regarding our 2nd unit that will probably have to be replaced within the next year or two?? He even answered all my questions on what type of system would best work in my barndominium for heating and cooling for the future!!! I would highly recommend Paul for all your service needs and I would like for Paul to be my service technician in the future as well!!!

Noah and his crew spent the day removing my outdated Goodman and installing a new Carrier Performance Series HVAC system. They did a professional job and it looks superb outside and in the attic. Also, a shoutout to Cheryl Chew in the office who was a joy to work with providing me quotes, information and discounts.

When my AC suddenly stopped working on a summer day, I panicked. Thankfully, I called Airmax, and they saved the day! The repair team promptly arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and efficiently fixed it. They were knowledgeable and courteous, and their transparent pricing was much appreciated. My AC is now back to its optimal performance, and I'm relieved and impressed with their service.

Thought I had a leak in my air handler drip pan. Ross found the leak(very slow drip) was actually a water line. Also signed up for semi/annual maintenance at a reasonable price. Met Harold the owner who was genuine and honest about another issue we were having. Would recommend to anyone having a heating or a/c issue.

When our HVAC system went out unexpectedly in our condo, a neighbor referred us to Harold at AirMax. Working with Harold and his crew was a pleasure. My a/c wasn’t cooling properly in the middle of summer!! I had guests arriving the next day. They came out immediately. The technician was so polite and honest. He went out of his way to obtain and install my unit that day. He gave me choices for the brand of unit to buy and choices on what to replace and honest quotes. He was completely professional, kind and left everything spotless clean at the end of his work. They were great. They have earned my loyalty as a customer and they are the only ones I’ll ever use again!!
