Incredibly helpful and good support here. They have a tech number you can just text data plates and motors to and they’ll find it fast. Best HVAC supply in the area and I’ve been to all of them. They’re newer so not of lot of techs know about them yet. Caydn has helped me several times now.

I’ve been using Johnstone for a few months now and they’ve been beyond helpful and treated my company very well. Big shout out to Brad and Caydn for their business. Thank you guys

If you ain’t getting your HVAC supplies from Johnstone Supply, you ain’t living… L-I-V-I-N. These people are more than helpful when it comes to everything concerning HVAC supplies. I’ve even taken my rep to a job site with me to get a second set of eyes. Caydn is the absolute man, Blake is great, Amy is absolutely wonderful, and Drew is the real dude! Don’t even get me started on my man Brad! Where would they be without their fearless leader? I really enjoy using all of these people for my HVAC supplies needs. You’d be silly to get IAQ products, filters, AND HVAC supplies from anywhere else. This Johnstone feels like family to this guy.

Avalon Air did a very thorough inspection for our 6month check up of our heating and air conditioning units! Steve Turner was very professional and personable! Steve provided great customer service which is hard to find in todays world!

I used Avalon Air Heating and Cooling today and was very pleased. My service person Paul McWatters was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend that you use this company for your heat and AC needs. I’ll be asking for Paul for my future servicing and repair 👍😄

Not reliable service for us. Steve took pics of what we were needing and said he would get back with owner about a solution. This was last Spring never heard back from Steve or owner. We paid $150 for two service calls, one Spring and one Fall. Tried scheduling Fall appointment several times before getting appointment saying do not send Steve. Appointment was messed up and as we were leaving town we said forget the service and refund us half of the money pre paid as Steve said we had to pay in full in past Spring service. Lori said she would checked with owner as "this was a free service". I said we paid for this so called "free service" just refund us half. Said she would talk to owner. Never heard back. Been 19 days. Seems owner doesn't respond to any requests whether be service or refund.

We were without heat for over a week due to a miscommunication from the rental company. Once Avalon was alerted to our needs Rick Covert offered to come right away and fix the furnace. He found the issue right away and fixed it. Great guy! Very knowledgeable and professional.

Avalon provides my semi annual maintenance and they always do a good job of finding and addressing any issues or problems. Our technician Paul is diligent in making sure all systems are working properly and thoroughly explains all options available when specific work is needed on our units.

I have always had great experience with this company.. after and weekend emergency calls. I highly recommend getting the yearly maintenance agreement. Helps with off hours priority and super affordable. They help "baby" my older unit. Steve is my favorite technician. I request him by name.. feels like a friend and that i can trust his word and opinion
