Jerry and I are always satisfied with Paul McWatters from Avalon Air Conditioning. He’s professional and extremely knowledgeable and always willing to share HVAC knowledge and tips to help us keep our AC unit running at its best.

Paul McWatters was the tech servicing my A/C system; he did a great job both in servicing the system and explaining what he was doing and why . I would like to have him return next year to do the service again. We have been in our home for 2 years and Paul did the service both times.

Paul was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was easy to talk with and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. He was also very respectful of our home, leaving no trace that he was ever here. Thank you Paul.

Preventative maintenance was done by Avalon on 4/23. The technician, Paul McWatters, was prompt, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff and answered all my questions. They moved my home air return from the ceiling to a side wall, allowing for much easier access to replace air filters. They did this in roughly 2 1/2 hours. I love the end product! They cleaned the area after project completion. I will be a continuing customer and I would highly recommend them for your home air needs.
