I've used Field's since I bought my home 5 years ago. For the initial inspection and service, annual service and tune ups. At over 20 years old we knew a replacement was coming sooner or later. They did everything they could to help us prolong that. When my HVAC system died last Thursday, they were on site in a couple of hours. Stan Price and Josh Fields, evaluated the problem and gave me 3 options for the replacement. Stan thoroughly and completely explained the features and benefits. Helped us make the right decision for us AND got us approved for financing on the spot. He also took advantage of some discounts and rebates to get us the best price. A crew of 4 arrived 2 business days later and Installed the entire replacement system inside and out in one visit. They communicated throughout the process and educated us on how to most effectively use our new system.

Our unit went out in early September. It was hot. They came out early the next day and did a great job. Very nice and professional. We are extremely happy with the service and the price.

They replaced my heat pump with a Daikin FIT heat pump. They did good work, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't leave until I was comfortable with how the new thermostat works. And their price was better than the other 3 installers that I got quotes from.
