Zach was awesome. He explained the issue ,and why it was happening, in a way I could completely understand. He helped me with the estimated cost of replacement units in a thorough and professional way.

I called with my problem and requested Naz because he had been awesome the last time we needed help. He arrived a few hours later, remember us and our system. He quickly determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments. He is so very polite, kind, and professional.

I am very happy with my dealings with Captain Cool. They installed my new air conditioning system and followed up with any issues with had. Nas just did our maintenance and he was polite and advised everything he checked and did. He also gave us instructions on keeping our system in good working order during the winter months.

Cheyne has been the best technician we have ever experienced. We have been living in an unfortunate situation for over a year and he came in and made it all as good as possible even going above and beyond. Cheyne is honest, professional, knowledgeable and everything you could ask for when feeling close to making a different decision. Also, Kelsey is another great asset to this location that deserves credit for being an amazing person that connected us with Cheyne. She is the best in communication beyond previous experiences prior to her. She doesn’t stop until her job is done. Many thanks to both of you!

Your technician was extremely professional. He went above and beyond, not just to take my work order and finish it for the day, but he literally took the time at 10 o’clock in the evening when he rightly should’ve been home with his family, but he came and he with a smile on his face help me out And even showed me what was going on. I recommend this company the highest I’ve ever rated the company and I’m gonna be honest I don’t rate many but this technician that you have that work for you stood out. Take care of him. He’s good at his job. Wanna keep that man on payroll And every time I have a problem with my AC or whatever I will be personally requesting him.

We arrived at beach at 8:00pm with 4 week old grand baby and ac didn't work, called Captain Cool as was told technician was on another job and would be there as soon as possible. Zach arrived at 10:15, was gracious, diagnosed the problem, kept me informed of what he was doing inside the condo and on the roof, had the necessary part in his van and fixed it. He left after midnight to drive over an hour home. He started work that morning at 7:00am and really kept his cool while he fixed mine. He is the best!

We had a mini split installed and they really made a great selection and the install was perfect but their communication is super top of the line.

Update:
We had a very minor service issue they showed up early the very next day did a good diagnostic to figure out the actual problem which was just a thermostat setting to get the heat going.

However in the course they're diagnostics Nas discovered we had a fluid leak, a very tiny one that could have gotten worse drain the system got it repaired got everything charged back up and in thoroughly tested everything.

You can't expect much better service than that am I right?

Life Saver! If ever I should have followed my gut this was probably the best proof. My home warranty company recommended someone else after I had sent Captain Cool to check my unit. Their person was rude from the beginning and demanding. When I decided to go with Captain Cool they discovered the other company had cut lines and removed parts. Basically, it looked like sabotage. I highly recommend Jason Middleton and his guys!!!!!

We just had all our ductwork replaced in the house (actually in the burning up hot attic) and we had a mini-split put on our back porch. The crew was amazing, professional, and knocked it out fast. Shane and Seth did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them and the entire Captain Cool team to anyone with any kind of HVAC needs. They explained everything up front, did exactly what they said they would do, and then showed me their work and even sent pictures after the jobs were completed.

Skyller provided top tier service. Very fast, prompt and efficient. This was our first experience with Captain Cool and definitely won’t be the last. We appreciate the great service.

AJ was fantastic! He called prior to arrival and then was super great with my two dogs! I told him he could go in/out without knocking to spare us & the neighbors from my dogs barking. Great job by Zach, & Cheyne in determining the issue in the attic with the ductwork & explaining quote & next steps. Preston & his coworker (didn’t get his name) arrived to do work as expected & were wonderful. Completed work in one day, cleaned up all the mess & took away the old ductwork!! Guys were awesome!👏

Nas was our maintenance tech today, he very personable and knowledgeable. Checked our system and was straightforward with its condition . He explained our need to know and the future outlook for it’s wellbeing and future maintenance.
