Pride HVAC is the first company I’ve ever hired, that fixed a problem that stayed fix. I have on multiple occasions, paid other competitors to fix issues that were always reoccurring and cost me thousands for something as simple as a clogged drain. line. Chaz is not only reliable, professional but he is Honest. I trust his word completely, because he has proved that he does great work and also has helped me on numerous occasions. I work in the short term rental business which always has emergency issues arise last minute. Customer service is hands down, nothing I’ve ever experienced esp in this service industry. Chaz even helped run to the store to purchase a filter on his way for a emergency service call I placed to him 15 mins prior (which is not a service they offer) but insisted on it, because I had my 2 year old daughter with me who was asleep and not feeling great.This local family business, treats you like family and will forever have us as clients and we wouldn’t think to refer to anyone else. We appreciate you guys so much!

Seth , came out today on Sunday and fixed my air conditioner. I’m so glad my neighbor Paden referred me to this company.
They are very reliable and professional company without hitting a whole in your pocket.

I had this company come install a mini split in my garage 2 years ago. They are professional, honest, reasonable and knowledgeable, also very quick. I had a problem with my unit recently, Chaz came the same week and fixed it when another company said I needed a whole new unit! I can’t say enough good things about this company, if I ever need anything related to HVAC, chaz and pride hvac llc has my money guaranteed.

Where do I start- I guess by wiping the tears away. My situation was dire and severe. I got SIXTEEN total quotes on my upstairs AC unit. Every single one said I needed a replacement. I am a mother of 4. I work full time. My husband is a farmer and we are small business owners. We couldn’t afford it. We went without an AC for over 3 years praying about how to afford a $9500 new system. Then I called Pride. Randomly from seeing him on Facebook. I told myself this was the final quote before I signed a loan. And let me tell you- he spent more time than all 16 other guys. Big guys in the area. He let me watch. He talked to me each step. And that man got my ac working. After THREE YEARS of it not working. After SIXTEEN no’s, Pride gave me a yes. This was such an enormous relief to me that yesterday I couldn’t even finish work. I cried and praised the Lord and called everyone I knew that knew about my situation. It’s like a miracle. Dramatic, yes..but justified veryyyy yes. I will use Pride and ONLY Pride forever. He’s the only person I want on the job and the only person I will ever trust when it comes to my money, my hvac, and my family to be taken care of properly. I am so thankful there are no words. He just changed the rest of my year and I’m looking forward to being able to stop saving every dime- because it’s fixed. THANK YOU!!!!!! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Their service is superb from start to finish. The team is incredibly efficient and the technicians have always been knowledgeable and personable. They genuinely care about solving the problems quickly and courteously.

Anytime we had an issue, even on a Sunday afternoon, they responded promptly and had technician out to our home within an hour. He was able to diagnose and solve the issue right away. Truly exceptional service.

We’re so thankful for Pride HVAC. Our AC was making an awful noise and they came out quickly and took care of it—no charge. They also found that our upstairs mini-split had been installed incorrectly, cleaned it up, made adjustments, and it’s worked perfectly ever since.

We ended up having them install another mini-split because the old one wasn’t sized right. Their price was way better than other quotes, the install was fast and professional, and it looks great. We joined their seasonal maintenance plan and now our house stays consistently comfortable—and our power bill is lower too. Service techs are professional and helpful, office staff is very fast in communicating schedules, etc..

Couldn’t be happier!

Starting early morning on Monday 5/19/2025, I called three local companies on the Eastern-shore of Baldwin County trying to get our A/C repaired. One didn’t have time and two were “No Shows”Next I called Capt. Cool and was set up with a technician immediately. His name was Skylar he arrived on time even though it was an emergency call during late evening due to the No Shows of the other companies and corrected the problem with our A/C. He was very curious and professional during the entire process. Thanks To Skyllar and Capt. Cool

Pros: came out quickly and it was an after hours call, also, knowledgeable tech.

Cons: VERY pricey. A $136 thermostat cost me $450 - PLUS THE SERVICE CALL FEE - (sorry but that is ridiculous!) - I didn’t have anyone else who could install one if I went to Lowe’s (they count on that btw) so I had to pay it - August in south Alabama is NO JOKE - Maybe I should have just YouTubed it.

This is an amazing company! Their customer service is outstanding, maintenance personnel are very knowledgeable, experienced, polite, and detail oriented! I received photos of the unit, fan blades and all the items they checked for my maintenance check up! I have never used a company who was so detailed oriented. This is how every company should be!
