Came out same day as call. Zach Stephens cleaned A/C drain line. He was very thorough and informative. Would recommend if you need service/repair!

Skyllar is a great technician and customer service agent. He is very knowledgeable about the systems and can explain things at a basic level. He lets me know what options I have and which things are “nice to have” compared to “need to have” I trust Skylar and Captain Cool to take care of my HVAC system.

Skyllar Baker was awesome. He was honest and explained details of what future plans could be, what we could do now, and current condition of my unit. Explained it in a way understood. Was upfront about everything and taught me way to keep my unit clean between services.

Found these guys over a year ago when my ac went out and service was great! Just had first of 2 visits to check everything for the upcoming season with their membership and another great service call (w/Skyler). Definitely recommend!!

Id like to say something if your air gos out in the middle of summer they will help u first even if he already had plans he still would u first. Another thing they are great people and they keep bills paid and records caught up and hire new people so. No need to be rude

Professional, and fast, service. I've used Field's for 15 years and the service has always been superior.

Here is a heads up if you get a quote for a service; they also charge $65 for traveling fee. Mrs Fields said they charge that much because, it costs money every time they put the trucks on the road. The problem is that we weren't told that when we got a quote. The other problem is that she was extremely rude. She said she was rushing to leave town and exclaimed that she would refund the travel fee. We did get our refund for the travel fee in the mail.

So thankful for the industry knowledge and expertise Stan Price shared, helping me make an educated decision on such an expensive purchase as an HVAC system! Thank you again Stan!

Our residential home AC unit has had issues since we purchased our house 12 years ago. We have had to replace the entire system and 2 compressors, following. We had to install window units on top of the HVAC system running 24/7. Looked like a Tesla project. Power company LOVED us! It was enough for a new car payment.

We know the Fields from church, so we made the call. They sent out Stan. Stan meticulously went through our existing system. Not only that, he brought attention to air flow in our attic (roof vents and soffets). He was like a machine with his detail! He made a list and explained everything in terms that we could understand. He was very professional and knew how to diagnose and FIX the problem. Not just "add freon" (previous companies). Stan designed a new system. Air handler, return, new duct in the attic, new flex duct going to the vents. Everything. He gave us different options utilizing the old equipment and a complete new system. Stan is an amazing person, service technician, and system designer.

We made the decision to go with new. After pulling the trigger, it moved quickly. Parts (bunch) showed up with Stan. He installed everything without disabling the old system. He let it run to keep the house cool. Then, the entire team showed up. They ALL worked. All of them. A well organized team of workers. Polite and professional. No cursing or destroying sheet rock or anything. Amazing. The equipment and installation are professional. Even the wooden pedestals that hold the equipment in the attic. All of it, professional. No shortcuts.

Our house is now bone cold and stays at the exact temperature that we place it on. Hydrostatic pressure is perfect. We have a 2 story, and Stan designed the system to cool the entire house with one 4 ton unit!

I will NEVER use anyone else. This company is the real deal. If you have any type of AC or heating issues, do yourself a favor and call this company. They are more like air scientists.

I love Mr Jerry. He always works his magic. His staff is very good too! They never try to overcharge you and have even come out on their day off to help. They are all very nice and professional.

The best of the best. They came out several times over the last couple of years and fixed our air without forcing a new one on us. But our outside unit finally went out so I called Fields on Monday and they were here the next morning with a new one.
Can’t thank them enough for the awesome work and great customer service they provide.
