I have used fields for years. It's a family owned business and they care about their customers. Jerry is a wonderful man, and his son Matt, is also one of the best men you'll meet. They are really responsive and work hard to find solutions to any issue you have at a fair price.

Came out the same day and took care of the problem.

Stan & Kristian were amazing for the 2nd go around with this company.. impeccable service, price, and fast service for both times on weekends. 1st time out was for the furnace on superbowl weekend and now in the Alabama heat on 6-21-24 for our central a/c I would highly recommend this company and the speedy service both times within an hour.. I couldn't be more satisfied..thank you guys from Heather & Steve. Will look forward to passing your name along. Thank you guys again so much!!!!

Fields has serviced my unit for over 10 years. Honest folks, which is kinda hard to find these days. He always told me what i needed, and what i didn't need. For 10 years. Then, when that dreadful day came, where i needed a new complete system, he gave me the best price. Very thorough work. Took his time. He's kinda OCD on his install. Called 2 days later to check on me. Came a week later to recheck the system he installed.
I have no reservations on recommending Fields for any hvac work you may need.
Anyone thqt wants to know more about these folks, send me a message. Super good Christian folks.

I have to say that this is honestly the best AC repair company ever I called I needed help not only did he come out on a Saturday and because it was something so simple he would not even charge me not everybody would do that and come out on your day off I mean everybody deserves a day off I have to say that the owner of this company is just amazing and God is watching over Us I live on a limited income so it was just a very very sweet and such a blessing I have to recommend them it was just amazing I have to thank Mr Matt Fields I really really appreciate him coming out on on a Saturday of all things I am a grandmother with eight grandchildren that I'm raising so I can't thank him enough

I found Matt’s name and number on FB (Fort Morgan Locals page) after my annual agreement AC company had one man on call for the weekend. The couldn’t get anyone out tonight and would be called Monday morning to get on the schedule. This is a vacation rental and vacationers were not happy.

I reached out to Matt at 8:11pm on a Sunday night. By 10:30 pm, he had driven from Robertsdale to Fort Morgan, got the unit up and running and was on his way home!

The price was very reasonable! He included pictures and gave a full explanation to me the owner instead of to my guests ( and then leave).

Fields Cooling and Heating did a fantastic job replacing our HVAC unit. From the first trouble shoot call through the removal, install and cleanup, they were prompt, courteous, and professional.
